If you get a call from this woman hang up!!! She is a fraud this number listed is just one of her numbers. After you call her out on her scam she will get very nasty and put you on hold for a long time. She is nasty vulgar woman. The scary part is she has all your information or at least she acts like it, if u get a call from her and your reading this chances are she tried her scare tactics with you. Get as much information and record her. Especially when she's impersonating a state attorney. She's disgusting and should be locked up. Your full of crap and you know it. She is a fraud and she impersonates that she is from the state attorneys office. I hope they lock her up cause impersonating a state attorney is a federal offense.

Often the phone numbers are "spoofed" id & number.. in actuality she could have been any place in the US or outside the country in a foreign one.  This payday loan thing the check fraud thing are both pretty common is the extortion scam.  A lot of threads here under many numbers with like scams and other types.

ms pamela vicars is a fraud and a liar. she tried to tell me i had to pay 1500 for a bad check written in 2008, then when my attorney contacted her it was supposedly for a payday loan that I never had. she then tried to tell me that the check was written in 2010. My attorney then contacted the clerk of courts and the case was closed in 2009. She also impersonated saying she was with the state attorneys office in new jersey. When I asked her if she was with the state attorneys office then why was she calling me from texas she then told me my information didn't fall out of the air. this woman is a fraud and her credentials didn't ad up. she is a fraud and if you get a call from her saying tht your going to jail don't believe her cause she is a liar.

Received a call as well from a Ms. Pamela Vicars stating that I owed money due to a bad check. I phoned the company that the check was written to and they said that the account was paid in full and that it is a SCAM. If you paid out on this, you were scammed.

i recieved a call from Mrs.Pamela Vicars she informed me of a check that did not clear in my acct. over 5yrs. ago i was very concerned had my atty. to contact her she sent over legal documents it was comfirmed thru my atty. and it saved me a lot of money instead of me payin court cost and atty. fees i just had to pay back what was owed and I WAS NEVER THREATENED ABOUT BEING ARRESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW

First call caller asked for my oldest son, I told her no one by that name lives here (he moved out 9 years ago).  2nd call the "lady" called me by name, when I told her that the person she was asking for didn't live here, she told me to shut up (really??) and listen, then asked me if this person was an old boyfriend who ran dope, I told her this person does not live here and I am not responsible for him and to quit calling, then I had to hang up on her because she kept talking!  SO RUDE!!

The person that called claimed I was a person of interest about someone named Anthony Proverbs in a legal dispute. I do not know such person and do not live in Texas. The caller also claim to be a legal representative.
