Got a call from Amanda Clarck telling me if I don't pay off a debt from a payday loan I will be arrested and also call me family and work with this mess

I got call from this no. They scared the crap out of me told me i owed money and needed to pay right away or i will go to jail . Not fair , please post if u had this happen

I received a call from this dude (Elliott Davis) yesterday.  Not sure what he wants but he works with this company called Goldstein and Associates.  Checked out the BBB files on this company and they gave them a rating of F.  Whatever you do people...not matter how many calls they make...most of these companies are SCAMMERS!  Don't give out ANY information unless they can provide you with all information you request so that YOU can contact the company they claim you owe.  Like I always state to these people, I have had some hardships in my life, BUT, I always pay my debts.  If I legitamately owe someone, I will pay them.  I created the debt and I am accountable for it.  Saying that, I've found some of these companies who are such SCAMMERS...Never had a debt with them and they COULDN'T provide any documentation.  No documentation means to me they have nothing on you.  They also state that they are waiting to do a warrant...well, they are NOT going to do a warrant.  You would need paperwork sent to you stating you owe on a bill for many months before someone is going to do anything about it.  NEXT....they usually will take you  to COURT and NOT to jail.  These people think that by using scare tactics, they will get you to pay them whatever.  Doesn't work for me.  As stated earlier in this message, I have not talked to this guy yet but when I do, I will update this with whatever I find out.  If I owe, I pay.  If I don't, they can call me as much as they want.
