I been getting calls from this number as well. I'm glad i looked it up and found out through this site that its the Houston Chronicle. What a waste of people's time. All phone soliciting should be banned by law. If I want a service I will make contact with that company. Don't come for me unless I send for you!!

This caller with 281-738-3458 continues calling at least 2 x a day. Never leaves a msg. Its a nuisance and annoying.

Just got a call from this number. Says its out of Baytown. Didn't know Houston Chronicle worked out of Baytown. Answered it thinking it might be someone I know, but when I answered it there was no one there, not even a recording. Hope they don't start calling over and over!

This number indicates "out of area" but the area code is one of the many in the Houston area. I usually don't answer this type of call, but after three calls yesterday and three in the space of an hour today, I answered, but the number clicked off...then 30 minutes later, the phone rang again.
