I had a call Saying I was listed in an ongoing investigation and if I didn't call Mrs. Smith back at 281-809-4892 extension 720 a warrant would be put out in my name and they would either come get me from home or work. They gave a case number.

they called saying they were investigation a court case and charges were pending, as well as a possible warrant, they gave a case number too and she said her name was Ms. Smith. Do not call them or give them any info, sounds like a total scam, and the case number does not exist either.

I had a call from this number for a friend of mine that is on my facebook on my home phone number which my friend doesn't even have. Saying she was listed in an ongoing investigation and if she didn't call Mrs. Smith back at 281-809-4892 extension 705 soon with her driver license number and social security number there would a warrant would be put out in her name and they would either come get her from home or work. They gave a case number.

These people are calling my parents house threating me and them. My parents are old and cannot take this kind of stress.

Definently a scam. I got a call and they left a message threatening a warrant would be issued and left the number for me to call 281-809-4892 Ext 705. When I called, a man answered - when I asked for the extension, he said " oh I told her to call you". He then proceeds to tell me that I took a payday loan and never paid it back. A warrant will be issued and I would be picked up either at work at or home. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!

My neighbor rcvd a call from them stating they had a warrent for my arrest and a few weeks before that I got an email satting I took a payday loan. The email had my SS# and an old bank account number as well as a former employer. This is a scary scam and they gather alot of info!!!! Wish I could meet them in person tell you that much!
