Got a call from this number just before 8pm yesterday,  I don't answer my phone anymore if I don't know who's calling and have also turned off my answering machine so these idiots cannot leave a message.  Being on the DO NOT CALL list is a big joke.

I will be glad when the elections are over. Signs cluttering up the roadways and yards.  Incessant robo calls.  Tv ads.  All so we can pick the lesser of two evils.

They  (Ryan Sitton campaign Office) has called 5 times today, and has hung up on me before I can even say hello.. I called this number back and left a message, as well as posted on his Facebook page..

this number is being used at present by Candidate Sitton for some state elected position. As if television and radio ads are not enough, the use of telephone & internet advertising continues the barrage of messages. Candidates can say or do anything to get the votes. Once in office, then the real platform is made clear by the senior members. Eloquent speakers are what the sheeple follow like a bellwether to the barn or pasture. But with technology the way it is, media and marketing people will find a way to to get a message out even though many may not wish to be included in that effort. There is no consideration anymore for privacy; of phones, homes, computers.

What an idiot candidate. Got the same call a few minutes ago. Caller ID shows number and "unknown name". Robocall = no vote.

Candidate for TX Railroad Commissioner. Political parties would do well to start up their own Do Not Call lists so that they won't inflict damage on their own candidates by calling voters who do not want to be disturbed and who react very negatively to these incessant pre-election telephone appeals.

Who actually votes for a candidate based on an unsolicited canned robocall timed to ensnare people just when they get home from work or sit down to eat dinner? I'm not one of them. In fact, I'm more likely to have my intelligence insulted by any politician who assumes that I am and who further assumes that he or she is welcome to disturb the peace inside my home at any time of their own choosing & whenever they feel like it. Enough.
