I just got a call from Tom from 281-855-7593.

Everyone make sure that you list the number that shows up on your caller ID in your message here so that this website comes up first on google. Obviously the more times a number is in a page, like this one, the more reliant google thinks it is making it rank higher in the search and easier to find for other people. No I don't work for 800notes.com but I do know they have been around longer then any of the other phone number sites and as you can tell most are junk.  

If you wait until the end of the message from Tom, and it's long, you do get the option to remove yourself by pressing 2. I doubt that really gets you off the list though. We will see. When I hit the 2 button it hung up on me.

We all hate you Tom Carmichael from Discount Construction! I hope something really bad happens to you for the people that you p****off. I have been putting up with calls from this jerk for years on various phone lines that I have had.

Calls almost daily, never says a word, disconnects.  I have blocked the intial number, then Mr. Carmichael calls from some other "convenient" phone number under his name.

Tom Carmichael called today.  I'm reporting him.

Tom Carmichael, reguardless of my listing with the do not call folks both national and Texas, he is one who continues to call, it is pre-recorded.

Houston business fined for violating no-call law

The so-called Texas No-Call Lists means just that: telemarketers can't call consumers whose names appear on that list.

Thomas S. Carmichael, who does business as Discount Construction in Houston, found that out the hard way. And now he must pay.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott said today that the home-improvement contractor must pay $10,000 in attorneys' fees and $5,000 in civil penalties for violating the Texas Telemarketing Disclosure and Privacy Act, also known as the Texas No-Call law.

His company reportedly made unsolicited telemarketing calls to Texans on the no-call list, which resulted from a 2001 law that allows Texans to register their telephone numbers on a list that telemarketers are generally prohibited from calling.

Under the agreement, Carmichael will stop calling Texans whose phone numbers are on the list unless he had a prior business relationship with them. He also must ensure that no other telemarketers contact No-Call list numbers on behalf of Discount Construction.

This idiot Tom  just called me again today at 11:45am. Been happenning past 3 or 4 years now.

He's back.  I have received 2 calls in the last 2 wks from Tom Carmichael with Discount Contractors from different #'s.  Why hasn't he been fined?  Let's keep reporting him to donotcall.gov!

This is one of several numbers listed as Tom Carmichael.  He has been calling for a couple of years and somehow avoids penalty from the donotcall people.  Since he illegally calls those of us on the donotcall list repeatedly, I think it is fair that I share his home number (281)855-3458.  He also has (281)550-0171, 550-2825, 550-3154, 550-8443, 550-8473, 550-8478  and (281) 855-0219, 855-0227, 855-0259, 855-2857, 855-7593 and (832)575-2450.  He appears to run Discount Construction and Discount Contractors from his home on Muirfield in Houston, TX.  Marcar is another business listed at that address also.  I have reported his calls to donotcall.gov many, many times.  Maybe he'll stop if we all constantly report his violations.

Tom Carmicheal is relentless in his efforts to call me. I do not know this man and when you call the numbers back it tells you that it is non-working.  I have blocked at least 3 numbers that he calls from. I don't know for the life of me who has the time or money to play phone hop scotch just to disguise themselves for the sake of making a fruitless phone call but this man has nerve. He is on my do not call list but gets around it by changing his numbers. Beware of his sick calls
