Hi I just got scammed too how did you get a hold of the address im going to the police after work

I just bought hair from them and now they blocked me on Instagram so I can't find them! They texted me earlier today but now they won't text me back ! I can't believe I just spent my money on a scam ! Is there anything I can do ?

The people who claim to sell virgin human hair are scam artists. I have their address & I am consulting the police immidately.

Don't stress yourself out.  It's a scam. If you receive nothing via the postal service then do not give any of your private information out period.

I received a call from Rex Howard also. He calls from different phone numbers as a matter of fact my caller id state it's from 347=763-8206 NY, USA.  He has all my information and work number.  I read him his rights then called him back and he took his phone off the hook.  I have heart problems and it really upset me knowing someone has all of my personal info.  This middle eastern folks are scammers and need to be STOPPED!!

I to have been hit with this same scam today, a Man by the name of Rex Howard first called said a payday loan check had been issued electrocnically and they have been trying to get their money back and supposidly have tried to contact me several times. While speaking with this gentleman (using this term losely) I ran up my bank account online and there was no record of such a deposit made. I informed Mr. Howard that his information was incorrect. He kept insisting that I was fraudlent and charges would be filed. Later that day, I got another call from a man named David Smith who insisted in speaking with my attorney, which I have forward his recorded message to my attorney. For those of you who would like an updated telephone number for Mr. Rex Howard, it is 1-347-753-8207 as I did call that number back and it did connect me with Mr. Rex Howard. He answered the phone by just saying Attorney.  I am only hopeing they are really stuppid enough to even come close to presenting me with a court summanze as I am a business owner and have a few Attornies waiting to take action, but we are all waiting for them to be stupid enough to present us with the physical paperwork.

Yes, you all are ALL correct... I received a call today (7/18/2011) from phone # 347-753-8207 stating his name was Rex Howard, Attorney General Office in regards to me being a suspect of fraud for a USA Cash Loan.  He had a very heavy West India accent and was talking very fast so I couldn't understand him a first.  I asked him to repeat himself slower so I can understand what he was saying and he kept saying "you are a suspect for fraud" which immeditately pissed me off, especially, knowing I did nothing to committ fraud.  Then I begin to tell him, these are all lies, I don't know anything your talking about and if you call my phone again I will sue you of fraud.  This is crazy... I work toooo hard for my money to be taken (stolen) my "crooks."

I received a call this man Rex Howard several times on my cell number but I couldn't call him back but today he called my daughter at work and how he got her number I don't know and telling her to contact me because he is getting ready to have me served.  Since, I have been liad off I had to borrower someone else cell phone to call him and he called me from (281-886-8187 and I asked him what is this in regards to, he then stated to me that I was being sued for $857.11 owed to USA Cash Advance and he was the attorney at the Attorney General office, so I asked him why hasn't this company contacted me he then stated that they have tried to reach me by e-mail and that it would go into my spam (junk box) email, so I asked him do you read your spam mail this is how you get viruses in your computer.  I then asked him for his mailing address and he gave me: 608 W12th st steB, Austin, TX, so I then asked him well why are you calling me from area code (281) which is Houston, TX and giving me a Austin, TX address and then your're scaring me, threating me about being served, well if you have all my personal information why didn't you send me something in the mail.  I contacted my lawyer and provied him with this Rex Howard name, phone number and mailing address.  These peoples need to be stopped, and like you say he had a thick West India accent where I could hardly understand what he was saying.  We let all these people into our country for a better way of life and this is how we get treated in return, how sad.  What if I was elderly with a bad heart problem and you told me this I would probably have a HEART ATTACK, I'm not elderly but I do take blood pressure medication and this is NOT COOL at all.

After doing a reverse phone number check through google, this number is a land line in Huston, with a company name of Mcimetro,Ats,Inc.  We need to contact our State attorneys office and file a complaint.  They will call from several different numbers and different states, we need to keep the varius numbers and keep filing complaints, If there is a better place or agency to file complaints, please put the info out so we can all do it.

They need to be shut down.  This number is extorting money from American Victims. Why hasnt a law been put in place so justice can prevail and put these criminals where they belong.  I dont think they are even in america, just using various phone numbers from here.

I recieved a call from this number before 7 am.  Said his name was Steve George, even though he could barely speak english,wanted my attorneys name and number, said he could only speak to him because charges were going to be filed against me tomorrow morning at 11.  He has my personal information, ss#, address and oldest sons name. How did they get such personal information?  A long time ago I did recieve a letter from Bank of America that there security was breeched, wonder if these are the people then they extort money by intimidation from the American people.  We need to shut them down!!!

I have been getting calls from  "attorney Rex Howard, Brian Smith and now Jason Lee" for the past year and a half. Not only are they calling me, they have contacted a colleague that I once used as a referance and told her that I am invoved in fraudulent activities. I was told I can actually file a civil suit and I have an address that "Rex Howard" gave me this morning when I told him I will be doing so.

PS beware other numbers I have received related calls from 904-758-2511, " attorney Robert Sheriff"
and Brian Smith. Next time they call, ask for written address. I suggest we all try to file civil suits.
I am aslo going to alert news station to see if anyone will do a piece on this.
Also told caller to google self, to see that he and his colleagues are a SCAM!

My wife and I keep getting calls from 2818868187 with the same scenario as everyone else.  Best part was they left a message on our magicjack voicemail on Saturday saying they'd see us in court tomorrow.... yeah.. someone needs to tell them our courts arent open on Sunday.  hahahaha
Since there isnt much we can do to fight these guys, I suggest everyone go out and buy an old fashion coaches whistle at your sporting goods store.  When they call, blow their ear drums out.

these people are a scam i busted it out on them cause they said i opened a loan about yr ago but i never did and i didnt have the same phone number as last year so its just abunch of foreigners tring to scam us

I just received 3 calls from the number 2818868187 saying that he was the attorney general calling from hofton taxes in I owe money ..that I was going to be proscuted that I needed to send the money quick by via money gram...I said I do not owe. Hofton taxes n no other taxes in that this was a scam in don't call back he hung up so quick...it was a foreign voice guy in I called that number back several time no answer.....they are scammers online when u apply for certain loans!

These people keep calling me and demanding that I call back or there will be legal case filed against me .
I had never had a loan with them .

SEVERAL DISTURBING CALLS ABOUT PAY DAY LOAN. 2 MEN ONE CLAIMING TO COLLECTOR THE SECOND AN ATTORNEY. TRYING TO COLLECT 4350 PAY DAY LOAN DEPOSITED TO "USA BANK" IN NORTH CAROLINA...

I myself have gotten a call from these people and yes I did sent $100 to them.  I am very upset with myself and with these people.  I have reported them to the police and they will get what is coming to them.

I have called repeatedly from this number every day and I'm really tired and wanted to know who it is.

Mr. Attorney Rex Howard.....called my cell phone multiple times...left multiple voice messages stating that I'be got a case against me and that ill be in court at 11am over a loan that I had refused to payback. When I asked him about the company he said usa cash advance. I've never did business or took a loan from that company. so when I called the number back no one answered. Then seconds later he calls back. He read me a case about check fraud...and my refusal for repayment. He had all my info...don't know how he got it....he had a lot of back ground noise on his end. After hearing all the hs he told.me I Hung up and googled his damn number and found this. I'm a victim of a scam.

I have received the same type of calls.  They now have started calling my job.  I called one of the numbers back, talked with one of those nitwits and when I stood my ground, he became very hostile in his tone and hung up on me.  He also was unable to give me any verification of a "case" against me.

This man  keeps calling saying that i owe money that was never put into my account and that he is sorry for what can happend to me if the matter is not taken care of. I dont even know the name of the person or company. What can be done about this has this happened to anyone else?

I keep getting calls from them today was a total of thirty now they have a women calling telling me she is officer jenny and every number I have the phone company block they call back with another its never ending even have filed a police report to.

Fraud, false claims, mention you are recording the call and they will hang up quick!

I was threatened by a man named Rex Howard posing as an attorney representing USAcashadvance.com.  He stated I took funds in the amount of $118.00 and they were issuing a warrant for my arrest for fraud, etc.  I looked up the name Rex Howard, Esq. and there is none in the state of Texas.  I also called back the number blocked and no one picked up the phone nor is there any answering machine that comes on when no one is available to answer the phone.

i applied for paydayloan and after that they kept calling me saying that they going to issue a warrant under my name i have to go to court they are just calling me to inform. First they told me i got out a loan and never paid back but i never got a loan. Than they told me i was driving  the var too fast and my surroundings  complained and gave me lawsuit and they want to assign a lawyer for me.

A disconnected number means the number is spoofed. Treat the caller as hostile.
