Multiple attempts to return a call to an outbound dialer will not get you a person.  There is no disengage necessary, it just simply doesn't work that way.  If you want to call the company go to their website where the 1-800 number is listed.  Lastly, when you are hostile to a person and you "threaten" them with tracing a call, do you expect them to not hang up?  I suggest calling them, being civil, and asking them to remove your name.  This usually works.  Good luck.

Obviously managed by people-when threaten with tracing call they hang up-when multiple attempts to return call they disengage telephone for short time so you get a busy signal-reported to telephone company.

Folks, its an auto dialer, companies that do any kind of volume calling use them.  If you want to call them back to get you number removed there is an 1-800 number on their website.  If you call in on the number on your caller ID then you might get lucky and connect just as it is dialing out.  Axle (lol) was probably someone he was calling when you called in...instead, he got you.

Received a call 2 mins ago ... no response when I answered.  Appears to be a telemarketer?

Comes up on my caller id as US Emerald Energy.  No message.  Get this one at least 3 times/week.

This call is for sure from an automatic dialer, if you answer the call and tell them you are not interested, they will probably remove your name and number and you will never get a call again. If you do not answer, the dialer will continue to call from time to time. If you try and call the number it will probably go into the dialer itself and you get a busy signal.

Call came in to my pay per use phone today. Missed the call, so I called back the # 281-895-6313 from my home #. Call starts to connect and immediately starts an autodial sequence of numbers to some other number. Maybe instantly call forwarded? Not sure. Then someone (male) answers and asks "is that you Axle". I said no, and told him I think I dialed a wrong #. As the saying goes "something smells funny here, and it ain't the fish"!

I got call from this number, but picked up too late. No message left. Googled and found this post. Hope it's the last, but someone on another search says he gets call several times a week from this number.

No message left. No business with these people.
