you would be talking a different tune if this economy took your job away and you couldnt pay anymore you would be writing on here yes the gop screwed me....i also was lucky to keep on working and make good money.  dont talk about people who couldnt help what happened to them. i am grateful to help the people who lost there homes to the economy,

GOP was not the only ones that screwed up.  I say, it was the people that bought the homes and couldn't afford keeping it, that SCREWED up the real estate market.  if you can not afford to pay for the mortgage, don't blame anyone else.  I feel that the people should be responsible for paying their mortgage.  if they go bankrupt, they should STILL be responsible.  it is not the tax payers responsibility to bail out the lazy people that just walked away from their house.

Received calls from 215 278-4044 and 215 829-0300.  Answered and it was for refinance.  Asked for them not to call back, then got a call from another number, same area code, for the same service.

This number called me twice two days ago...and once more today. I said do not call me back and told them to remove  me. It is a scam! there is a way to block these numbers on your phone. Also, apply for the National do not call. To everyone who has received these phone calls, I understand your frustration, we all have more important things to do and worry about these jerks!

its a company called Nationwide Modifications - says its a toll free call to call back - but informed Sophie - I had to dial long distance to get you back - DUH??  - its for Loan modifications on mortgages - says also its a government program

This is a solicitation for Re-Fi...and it is tied to a lot of different phone numbers originating from a single company.  If you are getting calls from this # and others it probably means you answered your phone just ONE time from one of these anonymous solicitors and you are forever in their data base as an "active" phone number...meaning they know it belongs to a person and one that is likely to answer calls from suspicious/unknown phone number.  Yes, i did this too...and my lesson learned:  NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE THE PHONE NUMBER!  

This number called me at work, disrupting my work.  No message left. I am on the Do Not Call list as well.

Did not pick-up call from 215.278.4044 (PA) on my mobile phone. They did not leave a message.  Called back using a land line.  No ring, greeted with man introducing Nationwide Modifications.  

Got a call from this number on my cell phone and didn't recognize the number and didn't answer.  It's pretty simple folks, if you don't recognize the number or there is no caller identification, DON'T ANSWER THE CALL.  I have a new I-phones and it has an app for blocking unwanted calls after they call you for the first time, and I use it very regularly.  A great feature I might add.

how do you block this number?  I just do not answer it.  I am on the do not call list.

When I answered I could hear call center noise in the background.  I said "Hello?" several times before a woman asked for Pete Manson.  I explained that I have had this number for 10 years and do not know anyone by that name.  She apologized and said someone must have given her the wrong number...

I have rec'd NUMEROUS calls from 215-278-4044 out of Pennsylvania. I have not answered it because I know no one in PA. However, I grew tired of getting the call at least twice daily, so I called it back. I recently bought a house, and apparently they got the number from a public database , so being on the "Do Not Call" list doesn't matter. I spoke to a man that wanted to talk to me about my mortgage. Ummm...No thanks, I am good. I told him to take me off their list as I was not interested and if they called me again, I would report them. He stated that my number would be taken off and they would no longer call. We will see if this holds true.

Keep calling my between noon and 4 on week days. No one is there when I answer.

Caller said she was from Nationwide and wanted to lower my interest rate on my mortgage.  Call back number does not work

Don't answer this kind of calls. They are fishing for personal information. This are foreigners more than likely linked to organized criminal organizations. Possible connected to Mexican drug cartels.
They collect your personal  information to find a way to extortion you or your family. Be aware, that the Mexican organized crime has found a fertile ground here in the USA. given the lack of knowledge and understanding of their activities by the American citizens. If you don't recognize the phone numbers let the answering services take the message. and make note of the times and dates they call. Contact your local police department or the FBI on this regard.. Stay alert and vigilant because the Mexican mafia it's here and they will come out with very ingenious ways to extortion you or your family in any way possible.

Caller called my cell phone from from 215-278-4044 and my number is on the do not call list.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know,

Same number called my aunt in Puerto Rico. Started talking to her in Spanish asking questions about her home, mortgage, etc... Never said his name. SCAM!
