This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I just got a call as well... I didn't give a chance for the msg to finish when I heard that I won something. I too am on the do not call list and wonder why I continue to get these types of calls.

Apparently I've "won a prize" for something I've never entered.
To "claim" said prize I must apparently then enter details about "weather I own or rent my home, have $x dollars in credit card debt" etc.
Pressing zero or attempting to reach a human being to have me put on their DO NOT CVALL LIST as per the CRTC does nothing.
...sometimes....I hate this f***ing country :(
