Stay away from Certified Solar, they are scammers and will rip you off.

I have all documentation on how crooked this company is.

They will promise to install solar panels and take your money and never supply or install.

Trust me they are evil.

They are at it in Cambridge now. Went home at lunch to find all doors on the street had a
'Package Notification" sticker on the door.  The local gossip queen was out on her porch as usual so I told her about the scam and now everybody on the street will know by tomorrow.

Phone number ( on a badly-applied sticker) is now 226 476 1721. Under the sticker is the old phone number.

Yes that is the mentality that has gotten the US to its great state of present day. Settle down there internet tough guy.

I got a MCS ground delivery notice but seems as though this is fake. Is it fake?

I happen to spot one of the "alleged" distributors but I didn't have a chance to confront him.

I just got the same notice from the MCS ground with a number 289-232-2752. i call the number from my home several time and i got a voice mail with hours of operations.

We were at home that day and no one rang the bell. I'm in Mississauga Erin Mills Town Centre area.

i got this notice too today, no one answers the phone and no one knocked on the door there were 4 adults all day home but yea.. im waiting for a shipment though.. lets see

got the same message today on the door when we were at home, though the number now used is 289 232 2752...good i saw all the above posts and did not bother to call back. Though I think we need to report this. Thanks All

I too have filed a complaint at the Meadowvale Town Centre Police Office regarding this fraudster!

Received the same notice taped to my door.  Called the number and no answer.  What a waste of time. People don't call the number.

For such "deliverer" in the US one has good message : Armed Response!

Same thing happened, called the #, no one answers. I don't get what the intent is?

Received the same notice taped to our door yesterday.  Got through to "Certified Solar" when I called 289-232-3031.  The "package" is an "assessment" to see if our home qualifies for solar panels.  They're providing the assessments for free although they're apparently advertised in the Yellow Pages for $800-$900. For some reason I must be home for them to observe my roof to determine how much sunlight it receives.  Website is certifiedsolar.ca which lists their address as:

This guy is called "Mike Lessard", I worked for him for a week in AUGUST, it is a flyer delivery job, claims paying 15$ an hour, meets every morning around 9:30 at his apartment. The last time I worked for him was August 25! until today, I still haven't get a penny form this guy, every time i call him to collect my pay, he tells me wait for a couple days, this friday, after labor day, next friday, next week...

This whole company is a scam as well, the flyer looks like a UPS one and sticks on your door and says you missed a package deliver, and at the bottom of the flyer says to call them to receive a package...

If you plan to work for him, STOP! this is a TRAP!!!

If you already worked for him but still have not get what you deserve, please contact me right away! I need support! We can do something together to get our money back from this SCAMMER!

I too had MCS notice (SLR pkg) on my door but could not get through on the number listed 289-232-3031. I was curious but now I realize it was nothing. But why waste so many people's time and energy.

I too received a notice from them. I live in North Meadowvale. I thought it was for a online order I placed in the UK. Good thing I saw this post.

They left an MCS Notice on our front door with the above phone number.  When I called the number, recording said it could not connect me through.

I live in Mississauga area and I found a MCSnotice of delivery attempt sticker tapped to my door yesterday.  I tried to call the number 289-232-3031 given in the notice but got the message saying to call back again as the call did not go through. The comments on the ntoices read as "SLR package".

I am not sure what the guy is trying to achieve. If he even can not be contacted.

We received a notice taped to our door from MCSNotice, insinuating an attempt was made to deliver a package. Whatever pretense of deliver was made at the door, it was not enough to get the attention of 3 adults or the family dog, all of whom were home at the time. Is this a scam or just a very lazy delivery service?

I also live in the 9th Line Derry Rd area and have recieved a similar notice on my door.  I called the fraud diviison of Peel Police they do not know anything about this situation.  I plan on registering a compalaint and suggest others do the same by going to our local reporting station at Meadowvale Town Centre..

I, too, was waiting for a package and was surpised to see this notice from a company I didn't recognize.  I called with a *67 prefix before dialing the 289-232-3031 number on the color copy notice, but got a rapid busy signal, indicating the exchange was busy.  Glad I didn't get through.
I found it curious & odd that there was no tracking number listed on the slip, and nothing was checked off.  Only "SLR PKG" scribbled in the comments section.....now I know why.

We're at Waxwing/10th line.  Got this a few days ago, also while we were waiting for a parcel.  I've tried calling, and it was always busy.  Then my package arrived today, so I got suspicious and checked the internet, and found all this stuff.  The number 289-232-3031 is listed on YellowPages.ca as a personal number:
