This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

We also just got a phone call from them, but they did not leave a phone message.

I got one about 30 seconds ago.. said thank you for competing the survey( I didn't complete any survey) we would like to give you a free gift press one to continue or 3 to remove.. I pressed 3..these things are so annoying!!!

Yes, I just got a call from this number about 15 minutes ago; it's now 2:24pm.  I didn't answer, but dialed *69 to get the number.
