I just won Free Cancun holiday, asked how they got my number and they said they did not call me, on asking a second time the caller hing up.
This is definitely a fraud attempt at gaining a CC number

Just received a call from that number. Call display says it's the L&A Hair Studio. Message left. Oh darn we again missed the last chance for a free vacation in Cancun value $2000,00 plus. Oh well, they will call back and give us another last chance.

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.
