I received a text message from this phone number in response to my add looking for a labradoodle on kijiji, he/she wanted $120 wired to pay to bring the dog to me..... no charge for the pup. (this dog is worth $800.00), when I got suspicious, I looked on google and he or she had actually taken a photo from google and sent it to me..... How can we report this?

From Kelowna, put my add on Kijiji, for my van, listing price, km, everything it has, things that are wrong with it along with 5 pics....I get a text asking "Is the car still for sale? what is the last price offer?", I email him and said I just posted it an hour ago gave him the price and said I was open to offers. Then he sends back "what is the present condition of the said item and how much did you want to sell it for me so that I can make an offer for it.
I sent him a note back "" I put everything in the ad, where you not able to read it?"""Never heard back from him....lol

Yes, texted me from 289-335-7358 asking me to email him at smithpaul635@yahoo.com for further contact about the car I was selling on Kijiji here in Edmonton. said he would pay by paypal and send a courier to pick up the car. (smelled scam right away)

Got the same text message (at 00:15am) and email today. He was quick to make a very competitive offer without knowing anything about the car, and kept referring to the car as the "item on Kijiji". Tried to call him, but number busy. Immediately became suspicious, so google'd the phone nr, and found this website. I'm continuing email contact with him to fish out more information.

I go the same message. Do not return their calls. these are scams and they will get your PayPal account then try to scam you out of your money. if you are selling a car, either get certified check or cash from some one in person.
who ever approaches you with a PayPal payment is trying to scam you!!!!!

I just received a text from 1-289-335-7358 asking about my car ad on Kijiji.ca to email him at smithpaul 635@yahoo.com. Once contact was made, gave a response of his dad lives in Saskatchewan and that where the car will be going and will pay me through Paypal. Sounds to fishy to me.
