Received call .. no one there, stayed on the line, no one came on, and it hung up.

289-724-0079 was a call from someone who had received my number from an on-line retailer.  It says you can press 3 to opt out.  I did, and I sure hope it works.

Keep getting calls from this business and despite pushing the #3 "remove" button, I keep getting the calls.
