This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Probably the duct cleaners selling vacation scams.  I don't want to go to Mexico get off the phone losers.

Same here - called around 3PM but left no message.

Caller Id but no message.  Reverse lookup says does not exist.  Sounds fraudullent

I have been called from this number twice in the last two weeks.  I am not interested in their product.  How can I stop them.

I get a call from here at least 2x daily. Just a beep and silence, then it hangs up. I call back and it's always busy.

Got this call today and answered it. A very nice lady named Ruth who wanted to give my wife and me the vacation of a lifetime in Florida. I kept feigning interest until she was hyperventilating like a 14 year old kid who just caught his first 12" trout. I figured that was 10 minutes that she wasn't bothering someone else.
2 weeks in Florida and the Bahamas, plus a cruise, all for $24. Just let everyone know how great their vacations are. I also heard that the Brooklyn Bridge is for sale, again.

Receive a call from this # 2 times daily.  No voicemail message left and when you call back message says goodbye and disconnects.
