they are calling from "card services with visa/mastercard calling to lower interest rates". lol, I chose the option to talk to a rep and was blown away with how dumb they are. I asked to be put on DNC list when they could not tell me what card they represent. He forgot to hit mute so I heard him ask the supervisor that I want to be added to the list, then he came back and said he didn't have the power to do so. Asked to speak to the supervisor and he wouldn't get on the phone, even though when I asked if the supervisor had the power to and was told yes. After getting my blood pressure up told him will be filling a complaint and was told they will call back in an hour. Waiting to see if they do so that I can file a second, third, etc.....
