Calls repeatedly, refuses to speak. I've begun answering, but not saying a word until I hear a human voice, then telling all these fools to take us off their calling list and to never call us again.

They call daily, never answer when i pick up the phone, never leave a message, and when I call back the number is invalid.

Same story as everyone else.  Calls at least twice a day.  Does not leave a message.

this ia a marketing co. today they called it was AT&T selling wireless

We've been receiving phone calls from this number.  No one answers the phone and they don't leave a message.  Tired of this caller...

Same as every body else. Only exception is that once some body did answer and could barely speak broken ENGLISH. Still continues to call.

I am so tired of getting call from this number.  Several times a day. I have started annotating time of calles every day.  There is never a message.  I do not answer and I am on the do not call list.  I normally do not get calls of this nature.

Calling 2 to 3 times a day.  Won't leave message on answering machine.

I get calls every day except Sunday sometimes twice a day.  Caller ID says 877-737-3999 toll free number.  They never leave a message on my machine.  If it is a telemarketer for AT & T why are they bothering me.  My telephone number I've had with A T & T for over 40 years.  Maybe it is time to dump them and go to Cable.  Cable telemarketers have called and tried to get my phone service and someone talks to you and the caller ID not only has their phone number but says it is them.  Has A T & T become so unreliable that they harass their own customers?  I guess it is time for a change.

877-377-3999 is not just at&t. I called the number back from my home in Michigan, it was for Verizon's Vios and Quicken Loans as well as several other well known companies. I talked to Verizon what abunch of morons.No idea what I am talking about.

I have been recieving these calls with a frequency that I consider harassment.  I finally had some dialog with a sales person representing AT&T.  I read them the right act and told the person while I didn't blame them personally, I was discussed with AT&T's tactics and would disconnect my existing service if I recieved 1 more call.  The indivigual informed me they would put me on a do not call list but it would take 30 days.  I repeted "1 more call and I will disconnect my existing service."  I was asked to hold for a supervisor who said I would be put on a immediate do not call list.  Let's see what happens.  (I'm not bluffing, 1 more call and I will disconnect my AT&T service and go entirely with my existing moble service.

My mother in a nursing home gets these calls to her room. She asked me to check to see who this is. I dialed the number from my home phone and was told I'd reached the Rewards Center and to press 1. I pressed 1 and after a pause all I heard was 'Thank you.'

I get 3 calls each day from 1-877-377-3999. If these calls
are from AT&T, There should be a number we can call at AT&T
to ask them to stop these calls. Does anyone know the

I pick up the phone and there is no reply on the other end, they also will not hang up for a very lengthy time. I have received at least 7 this month, I am now keeping track I didn't for previous months.  My phone has been with AT&T for over 40 years if it continues I will have to drop them and switch to Cable Service in hopes that will end this harassment.

Finally after several calls, I talked to a human being. He asked me if I subscribe to the AT&T dial-up internet service. I told him I am not interested in any sales pitch and hung up. See what happens.

Yes, It is AT&T Selling internet and If you answer and tell them that you are recording this call to turn over to the authorities to file phone harrassment charges they will leave you alone after about a week of continuing with the threat. If threating don't work actually record the calls and turn the tapes over to your local authorities.

Thank you Brooks for the ID. I have been bombarded for months with AT&T sales calls. Makes me rethink being an AT&T customer. I am on DNC list and tell one person to stop calling, then the next day another one calls. I have totally ignored the latest calls (about 30+, 3-5 times a day). By law, telemarketers cannot leave a message, so pretty much identifies type of call. Aren't we all at least grateful for Caller ID? Still very annoying, I admit!

I filled a complaint with FCC. The robo call says it's the 'Reward Center" and they have companies willing to give you rewards if you press 1. I did and got Verizon. Other calls to the house from the same number have been AT&T. Disgusting!
