Men im from Costa Rica too and today i received one call the same number and when i ask the guy in other line ask me if i talk spanish and i said yes i do but he told is calling from Miami and when he try to continue the conversation the men want talk in spanish but i dont want it and the ask for my whole id, adress and  other personal information supossed i win a travel to Miami for make real my dream and i made a question, how you know my dream? and he said well i know you like bla bla bla after that he ask me again for the information and i said i never put this info in any promotion and if you know a lot of me you need have in your system my info and i never going provide you that and the men in the other line hang up..!

Sí q varas d toda esta gente ponerse a escribir todo en inglés, incluso sabiendo q todos somos ticos... POLOS! Y bueno a un amigo mío lo llamaron hoy d ese número 3008000000 y contestó y no le dijeron nada, sólo silencio, fijo algún idiota jugando d gracioso marcando números al azar aprovechando el google voice O estafadores, en mi caso NO VOY A CONTESTAR LLAMADAS D ESTOS NÚMEROS!

estoy de acuerdo con john anibal smith "excume, oh my god...etc etc etc" son mas ticos que un gallo pinto, !que polada! "como? Polada? Pararachan pararachan" bueno hablando del tema, pueden ser estafadores de la reforma o pueden ser llamadas directas de skype, simplemente no contesten, tanto que juegan de fresotas con el ingles trucho que traducen por google y ya son todos unos bilingües, teniendos sus smartphones !o no use ingles, excume! , sus telefonos inteligentes, y no saben como descargar una aplicacion o configurar el cel para bloquear estas llamadas, ahora si voy a usar el ingles para decirle a esa manada de polos..... Losers!

SON LLAMADAS DE GOOGLE!!! CONFIRMADO....

Sí sí, estafa o no TODOS sabemos que no existen en CR teléfonos que empiecen con 300-800... ni 300-900.... y menos +000123456, o sea, es demasiado evidente!!! Sencillamente no contesten, no sean curiosos porque se los van a llevar entre las patas! Y lo mejor es que algunos dan información dizque porque ganaron un concurso sabiendo muy bien que no participaron en mi mier...!!!

NOTA:
Bañazos... después de escribir todo en inglés y ver que la mayoría es de CR, siguen escribiendo en inglés!!! No sean tan bombetas!

Yo también recibí una llamada de ese número en costa rica a las 2 30 am conteste y escuche un ruido y se cayó la llamada marque ese número por curiosidad y el número no existe

Ladies and gentleman! That number is from Gmail PhoneCall Service! I use it to call everywhere and people tell me they see this number when I call (3009000000).

I got the call too just now.  I'm in Costa Rica.   It was my girlfriend calling me using Skype from the USA.

Estos números suelen ser de servicios de telefonía IP como google voice o Skype . Lo se por que yo uso google voice y me he llamado a mi celular con ese servicio y efectivamente me aparece 3008000000 o el 3009000000 en la pantalla del celular.

I received like 8 calls from these numbers: 3008000000,  300900000 and 58212610321, but no idea who was because I miss the call.

un hdp me llamo diciendome que savia donde vivia y que me las iva a pagar por no respetar a gente como nosotros le colgue y llamo mas de 5 veses como de 12pm a 3 am

Me contacto una persona en un sitio de amistad, en su perfil tenia unas fotos de un hombre como de 49 años, pelo canoso, hable con él algunas veces, le pedi que abriera skaype lo hizo dos veces a mi petición, pero las dos veces no era la misma persona; igualmente me llamo, la llamada provenía de ese número 300-900-0000, al contestar nadie contestaba, paso las dos veces que me hizo la llamada.
Hay algo sospechoso en esto, hay que tener cuidado, deben ser estafadores..

Yo tambien recibi la llamada, conteste y me preguntaron nombre completo, cedula y numero de cuenta, supuestamente porque me habia ganado algo. Va ser!! no les di nada y colgue, me parece extraño.

Mi tia tambien tuvo una llamada de este numero, pero ni idea quien porque perdio la llamada, pero oigan una cosa jeje, por que si somos de Costa Rica estamos hablando en ingles ??

My aunt also received a call from this number, but no idea who was because she miss the call, but hey! if we are from Costa Rica, why we are talking in English?

It is very suspicious, My husband and I received a call from this number almost in the same moment but we missed the call. In fact in the ICE company doesn´t have registraded this number

I received phone calls from this number, suposely from "international service check" company, but talking to my friends seems to be to suspicious in all ways

I just missed this call . . .I am in Costa Rica. The number looked immediately suspicious.
