My caller ID says it's from Fifth Third Bank.  But when I called the number it said they were from Convergys, a market survey research company.  They listed their website as Convergys.com

Yesterday I got a phone call from this phone number.They said it was a survey for 53 bank.
The lady had such a wear accent so i asked about her nationality... she hung up !?

It's a survey call asking about your trip to 5/3 bank..they just called me about me visiting a branch that I haven't been to in about 3 years haha..

This number calls repeatedly and doesnt leave messages. Does anyone know who it is??? When I call back it says that number cannot be reached. Incredibly annoying!

5th 3rd Bank doing a survey. Said I recently visited a 5th 3rd Bank branch I have never even heard of and wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey. I told it wasn't me and hung up.

Cell phone call and no message left

The caller from this number wanted to know if I made a recent trip to fifth third bank, and whether I had an account with them.  I said yes before realizing they could be scammers, then hung up.  I don't want any more calls from them.

Same number on my cell phone.  I do bank with 5/3......they did not leave a message and have called previously with no message.  I'm sure they don't have anything to say re: my regular accounts with them.

This is the company that does customer service surveys for 5/3 bank. The calls are VERY important to the staff of the bank that you last visited as they get (or not get) paid off of the results. I'm an employee of 5/3 and am speaking from direct knowledge.

This is a legit call.

3 times a week now for a couple weeks.

Received a call from 301-223-0045.  When I said hello, there was no one there.

Thanks Cortney...I received the same call this evening. I also bank with 5/3 and thought it was legit! I called the number on a secure line, and it was a recording stating they wanted to conduct a survey... Thanks for the info!

They've called me a few times before.  Only after I recently went into 5/3 Bank to make a transaction.  They want you to rate the customer service you recieved.  I gave in once and did it, it took about 10 minutes.

A call to the number yields an automated message saying it is "Convergence Customer Intelligence Services, a Unit of Convergence Global Consultants" contacting me to invite me to participate in a market research poll. They say they aren't trying to sell anything, just conduct market research.

Judging from the previous posts, this company is doing customer satisfaction research on behalf of Fifth Third Bank.

Call came from Williamsport, MD.
No message was left on answering machine.

Caller ID showed this was 5/3 Bank.  Call came in at 8:55 P.M.

They just called for the second time saying they were from a Representative on behalf of 5/3 bank and wanted to speak to me, just hang up on em!

They have called at odd times and I didn't know who they are until I looked at this site...must be something with a bank!...Thanks for your help!

Wanted to know about my husband's trip to a bank. I said that there was no problem as I was with him that day.  Wanted to know when they could call back and ask his satisfaction about his trip.  I said that there was not lack of satisfaction for his trip and hung up.

Received a call on my cell phone from 301-223-0045 along with a voicemail stating this was not a debt collector but they were conducting a poll.
My phone number has been on the gov't Do Not Call list for over a year.
What gives?
