They've called two or three times in the morning with an ID of OUT OF AREA, never left a message. My Digitone's After Hours function kept them from waking me up. Based on the information I've found here, I'm putting a full block on this number.

Calls daily for the past week. Some as late as 9 pm. Called back finally after second time answering and there being silence on the other end. A lady answered and called my wife by first name. We asked to be removed from the list immediately and blocked the number on our phone.

Phone rang from 301-232-0198. Has happened on several days

I was receiving numerous calls from them as well, no one speaking and hanging up after I answered.  When I called them back, they said they were fundraising for children's cancer.  I asked to be placed on the "do not call list" so I hope that helps stop the calls.  Time will tell.

We have been hounded by calls from this number. It is area code 301-232-0198. We live in the Hagerstown,  MD area. See my post just now. Good luck with them.

I just received a another call from this telemarketer company. Tanisha id'd herself as calling for CRS company, a compensated fundraising company on behalf of disabled police and sheriffs. She asked if I could donate a one time contribution of $100,$75 or $50 dollars. I told her I could not and I politely hung up the phone.
This was the 5th call in 2 days and the first one where there was someone on the other end of the line. It sounds like a traditional cube farm with auto dialing. The operator has to see that your line is still off hook.
Yes, they knew my name to within a reasonable approximation.

American Homeless Veterans Association?  Asked for me by name.  Caller ID says name unknown.  Lots of background noise and talking.

11/20/13 called a number of times. Answered once and, after a pause with lots of chatter in background,telemarketer was supposedly from a homeless veterans charity. Called me by my first name even though we have an unlisted number under my husband's name. Could hear lots of chatter in background. Call came from local exchange but I am highly doubtful. 232-0198 only thing displayed on my caller ID.

No message was left by caller.

Why would an Organization use
1) a program to block the name of there Organization?
2) a reverse program to identify who is calling them?
Sounds like a Scam to me. That's ok.... I don't answer phone numbers that come across my CID as Unkown number, out of area, unavailable, unknown name and number and so forth. If no message is left, which none ever do, than it's really not that important to me.

October 29 2013 called and when I answered no one would say anything. Very annoying

Recieved a call from this phone number, 301-232-0198 at 7:45 PM, Oct.15th 2013 and it came across my Caller ID as Unknown Name. WTH !!??!! From reading other post, it was stated that this was a "Fundrasier for Children's Cancer", if so, why would the company block there name? Sound Fishy to me. Since it came across my CID as "Unknown Name", I didn't bother to answer and of course, no message was left on my VM.

call received two evenings in a row, after 5:00pm. female voice called my first name on answering machine. we did not answer.

Some kind of fundraising. Very nice but I couldn't get a word in edgewise so I just hung up.

called back on a blocked number and they called me bu my first name so they have the reverse blocking software! said she was calling from Childrens cancer something? said sorry can't afford anything right now, lady was polite but why would they have the reverse blocking software? hope this helps.

phone call daily from this number calls and then hangs up , noisy background

Phone rang right after I hung up from a call, thought it was the person I'd called on their office phone. Nothing but silence on the phone til I hung up.

Just got a call from this number at 09:25 did not answer caller ID said unavailable caller did not leave a message.

Same thing as previous report: picked up and no response. This number has called a few times already.

Nothing from the other side of the line.
