This is the National Rifle Association.

They have now resorted to calling me from this number, since I won't answer the other four numbers (listed below) they have called me from. What a bunch of losers.

I am listed on government do not call me but i continue to receive call such as 877-560-6289

In one weekend this numbered call my phone 15 times.  I have answered calls from this number previously and requested they remove my number from their files yet they continue to call.  I have insulted them and hung on them, blow a whistle into the phone, yet they still call.  I want the to stop and stop NOW!

i got a call form 877-560-6289 also, but dont know why the NRA would be calling me. I thought about calling it back... Thanks

Completely wrong.   National Rifle Association... I just called them back and did a 1/3/phone number to remove my number from their calling list.

No one says anything when I answered this call. I called the number back, and the recording said "Thank you for calling the National Rifle Association. We were calling you about some important updates. We will try to call you again in a few days."  I am on the no-call list, and I do not understand why I am still getting calls from unsolicited groups.

It worked exactly as you said. For anyone else trying the number removal thing... just be sure to wait for them to repeat back your number after you've entered it so you can press 1 again to confirm.

While they in fact state the 30 day law, the recording also state that they will make the effort to remove your number in a couple of days. Here's to hoping.

Not the NRA that you think of for 2nd amendment. It is National Recovery Associates a debt collection group.

This is an annoying call that hangs up when I answer the phone.  I am disabled, I do not need this harrassment.  Do Not Call Me AGAIN.

I have been receiving calls from this number (877 560-6289) and also from another number (703 291-9005) --- Found out that if you call back the number & then press "1" then press "3" --- they will ask for the phone number being called and remove your number with-in 30 days (recorded message states this is the NRA - National Rifle Assoc)

I have already blocked 2 numbers for the NRA, and they just tried again with this number.
You would think that if you reached a "your number is blocked" message and then tried to call on another number and got the same recording, wouldn't you think these people don't want to hear from us, so I won't call the their house again. NOOOOOO!!! they just try calling using another line.
I make it a habit not to answer any 800/877 or any numbers that I don't know.  I keep an answering machine on, let that catch who calls. So fed up, on the do not call list, still get unwanted calls.

Got a call from 1 877 560 6289,.......i did "not" answer, however i called the number back
and was told ( recording ) thanks for calling the National Rifle Association, good cause in
my opinion, however, once ya give there on your back forever
