Committee For Political Change is conducting surveys in preparation for the upcoming elections. The message you heard was likely the automated message being cut off early.  They did not have a website that I could locate and the survey was not available annonymously so I declined to take it.

This is two days in a row I've gotten a call from this number 301-355-0670 Caller ID says LES.NET 1966. Since the caller ID on my phone only shows the last time a specific number calls I"m not sure what time the first call was yesterday (I think it was shortly after 11AM but today it was at 2:51PM. The answering machine picked up but they left no message.

I got a call from this number a few hours ago. I did not answer, they left a message consisting only of TWO words, "Good bye" (what tf????????? ).. sounded like a robo-message to me..

Caller's ID: POLITIC CHG.
