Call was from Annapolis Endocrinology confirming an appointment

It's a third-party service hired by medical practices to confirm upcoming appointments. They call, remind you of your appointment and get confirmation you are still coming (assuming they call the right person, of course). Mine was for an IPL laser treatment I have scheduled in the coming week at Mid Atlantic Skin Institute.

Note: It's a nice reminder. But just a warning: they did call two times in the span of 1 minute and a half before noon; proceeded to leave a voicemail after the second try. Then called me just now and I finally picked up and confirmed everything so they would stop calling. They are kind of persistent to the point of harassment.

Called me today confirming my medical appointment.  I did not answer and they did leave a voice mail.

Called, could hear people talking in background and person breathing on the phone. No message.

They left a message for me, and it's Shah Associates calling to confirm a medical appointment.

I read elsewhere that it is Shah Associates medical group calling to confirm appointments.

I called the number back.  It has been diconnected.

Call all day then just hang up.

Called me nine times today.  First two time one hour apart..  then 7 times one minute apart.  Why not just leave a dag nabbid message!@%$#$%!   Geez

ys it is the SHAH assoc confirming a scheduled medical appointment.  I called their office here in Californina MD. They said that the INDIA office is who calls to confirm the appointments and they should leave a message.  I received two calls this morning with no message.  I relayed this complaint to the local office.

Ahh...That makes sense then...Shah & Assoc's.--The SW Asian medical group whom if we didn't have; there'd be NO medical care in S. Maryland, USA (Ha-ha)

Happened to me today- just lovely! Don't even have an appointment scheduled with them....

Receive a call today from 301-373-1000 in my cell. Call got lost so I was not able to answer. I did a quick call back and got a busy signal. I did a search and found this forum. Don't know who it is, but would like to know to say stop calling.

Calls, then hangs up. never leaves message or answers to my "what the &^%& do you want now?" questions. ID says "Out of Area" even though it is 10 miles from me.
