I do have a CapitalOne mortgage, but it is paid and up to date (it's done online, so I have an instant confirmation number). If this number is used to call those who are late, there could be a glitch in their system...but the number might be used to promote the company's other services. I don't know, because of the three calls I've received there has been no message left.

Called them back, and my mortgage payment hadn't reached them. Glad they called.

Our stupid Bank of America transferred our account to Capital One Bank with our LAST mortgage payment!  I cannot begin to tell you how many times Chevy Chase Bank for Capital One has called a day and everyday.  We have given them the information they needed, we have questioned them about their calls and this so called pay out that we have no idea what they are talking about.  We paid the mortgage and even overpaid and received a check.  Yet, they keep calling even though we give them the info they need.  Finally I couldn't take it anymore and I told the girl off on the phone even though she is just doing what she was hired to do.  I can't take it anymore and have no idea who to call.  They must have the conversation with the customer on their computer, yet each time they call, it is as if you never spoke with them.  This is harrassment at it's best and I can't take it anymore!!!

This number is the mortgage division of Chevy Chase Bank. They are calling to see when you are paying your mortgage

Lately I've been receiving COUNTLESS calls from 301-490-3114 AND I AM SO SICK OF IT!!!!   I keep telling these idiots that I DON"T know "Person X" and for them to STOP calling me and harrassing me but they don't.  If they call again, I'm calling the Police.

Caller ID said Capital One. Can't stand when companies use an automated dialer to call me and then want me to wait on hold until they come on the line. Since I never wait when they do that, I hung up.  If it's the mortgage company looking to see when they are getting paid, they should speak to the banking arm of the company, since my records that show all my previous payments to Capital One Mortgage are auto scheduled from my Captial One Bank account. Or better yet, they should use a live person to make the call so they can leave a message, since the automated dialing system's don't.

This is Chevy Chase (now Capital One) mortgage.  Very obnoxious.  They want to know when you are paying your mortgage.  Really annoying when it is paid and or pending.

The caller identified himself as from Chevy Chase (ah I mean Capital One) but would not tell me the reason for the call unless I 'verified my address' which I refused to do.  It could not have been about paying the mortgage because it had already been paid.  I have no idea what they were selling.

These calls are from an automated dialer with Chase.  They never respond when you try to answer. I've called Chase and was told they'll look into it.  Look into this  beavis!

These people have been calling me for a month.  I have no business with Capitol One, nor do I have a mortgage and I keep telling them that.  I'm getting ready to report them to the FCC, FTC, and Better Business Bureau in my area and in their area.

This is NOT spam. It's Capitol One calling to tell you you forgot to pay your mortgage. It's saved me fees twice now (I stopped my automatic BillPay for other reasons), so don't ignore this one.

This number is for Chevy Chase Bank.  They will call and call but will never leave a message.

Received another call from 301-490-3114 did not leave a message, I want these called stopped.  If it is a legitimate call they can leave a proper messate.

Caller did not leave a voice message, but has called several times.  Appears to be solicitors.
