Called today and "Chris" left a message saying to call back to 866 553-1857

They call between certain hours to see if you will pick up, after a certain amount of calls, if you don't pick up as you don't know the #, they don't call anymore, it is also kind of a survey so they can send your # to other places to pin point when they can get you.

The "stop calling" does not work, they just use another # to call you from.  So just don't answer #'s you don't know and believe me they don't call anymore.

Or either pick up the phone and answer Burger King like I used to that works to.

Your best defense is caller-id.  I received a call from this number today and after three rings, they hung up.  The donotcall registry will only help cut down on legitimate callers.  These idiots have not compunction to get you removed from their lists and they use phantom phone numbers so it's impossible to trace the call back to where it originates.  Do not answer any call coming from an area code you aren't familiar with.  This will save you alot of frustration.

They keep calling relentlessly.  I changed my cell phone greeting to generic.  I do not answer anymore.

I don't answer this number and I delete messages.  I tried to have them take me off their call list and informed them that I believed it was a violation of federal law to continue to call after I requested they stop. I have gotten so many marketing calls on my business cell phone that I don't answer if I don't know the number.  We're in (legitimate) sales so just imagine the number of potential customers that went elsewhere when their call was not answered.  I'm considering going back to the land line as I don't travel much these days!

Robert Moody is the person this telemarketer keeps calling for. They call me on my work mobile phone (from 866-580-7421 and 866-466-5033 in the space of two hours today) and after 3 months of repeated requests for them to stop calling me they keep calling me (isn't there a federal law that is supposed to cover this?) I ask for a company name and address and never get one... until this time: I just played along with them and am having $180 worth (30 pills) of Xanax being shipped to the Federal Way, Washington police department COD. UPS should attempt to deliver between 8/13 and 8/15/09. They wouldn't give me an address to 'mail a check' to, so this is the best I could think up. After I placed the order, they told me they were out of Atlanta GA with a warehouse in Wellington Shores (?) then gave a customer service number of 301-534-3898. They bounced me around from Patrick to David and finally to the supervisor Shawn Garcia to complete the order because I wanted an address (to send a letter requesting they stop harassing me on the phone). The company name he finally gave me was 'Capital Health'.
