Received unwanted phone call June 3rd, recording, woman's voice, stated that our family had been chosen for a free Bahama cruise.  Call was from Gregory Roberts, phone number 407-933-2678.  I am on the national do not call list so I naturally don't understand how this is happening.  In fact, we're getting more and more of these disturbing calls and they occur morning, afternoon and evening and usually when one of us is asleep or trying to chill out in our own home.

I pressed 1 and got the Orlando welcome Center operator. When I asked her to take me off the calling list the b***h hung up on me!

This number appears on Caller ID, but it is wrong. If you call the number back, you will get a disconnected message. If you talk to the person behind the computer, they say they are with a company called Orlando Welcome Center, Orlando Magic Villas, or a group of other similar names. These companies have websites that you can easily find on Google. The phone numbers provided on their websites are: 1-866-369-5055 or 407 641-5436.
According to http:\\whois.domaintools.com, this is a group of 48 domains all linked and belonging to this person:

Mr. Mayen has an e-mail address listed as well, which is kmayen@cfl.rr.com. I have no way of checking whether he is really behind the annoying phone calls, but this might be a step toward finding whoever is behind them and putting a stop to it.

I got a call maybe 2 mins. ago, ad for fam. vacation or some crap like that. HELP!!!!!!!

Checking previous posts, I got the same name, and address, Gregory A. Roberts.  Maybe the guy who said no way he called is not exactly being truthful.  It seems this number is connected with promoting Disney promotions.  There are several products this "number" is pushing, according to Google.  407-933-2678.

Called at 7:12AM.  Let it ring but called back and male voice said no way he called.  I have the number on my caller ID.  This is not the first time it has happened.

I got an automated message with a female voice saying something about a free Bahamas Cruise (port charges not included and reservation fees may apply, yada, yada, yada). Something about Disney World was mentioned as well. Claim number is 555. Press 1 to claim your "free" vacation or 2 if not interested.

Just received a call from that number, no response when I picked up. It may be a dialer that is trying to determine if there is someone at the number and then they sell the number list.

Call Id said it was from a Gregory Roberts but that is probably fictitious.

these people should be shot...im registered on the do-not-call list. sad thing is its totally frustrating to try and stop this crap

the number that is on your caller id is a fake one!  These calls are from Mr RAN DAVID BARNEA and he has been doing this stuff for years.  He lives in Boca Raton, Florida and if you people will do an internet search on his name you can learn all about his trick of leaving fake numbers on caller ids.  If you are ever in the Boca Raton area you might be able to see him at one of his properties---and you can ask him to stop calling you.  Try his condo at 21955 Cypress Drive, apartment 48F, Boca Raton Florida or one of his other properties in the Boca Raton area.

Got a call today (jUNE 6, 2009) from same number, attempted to call back but it is not a valid phone #.

Every time I receive a call of this nature I report it to the agency in charge of this crap and have received 2 letters to date saying they can't do anything about it.

Sorry, you folks trusted your government to take care of this s**t by establishing a "do not call" network.   So how much did this boondogle cost the American tax payer????????   This is just another typical government bureaucratic money pit that has served no purpose whatsoever other than to divert yours and mine taxpayer monies into another useless government funded agency.......

Don't waste your time filing a complaint with the government, I have followed the protocal every time I get one of these telemarketing calls and have received 2 letters of response saying they can't do anything about it.

This "Do Not Call" registry of the government is nothing more than your typical government created agency whose sole purpose is to convince you and me that OUR government SAVIORS are looking out for our better interests when the facts prove otherwise.   It is nothing more than a TAX PAYER FUNDED MONEY PIT that has served no purpose whatsoever as evidenced by the calls you and I are receiving.

   And for what its worth, it's supposed to be against the law to call cell phone numbers but thats where I am receiving the calls.

Call came from Florida to Kansas at 10:43 hours on 6-8-09. Call not answered and no message left. Other sites identify this as a "Win A Florida Vacation" promotion, for others it's the auto warranty scam.

On June 12 2009 I received an unsolicited call on my registered "do-not-call" number from a "Robert Gregory," whom I've never heard of before. A female voice not remotely resembling any "Robert" I have ever encountered was pitching a free vacation to Florida.

got call at 0817hrs.  We didn't answer.  Caller ID said "Roberts Gregory" (lastname, First Name).  I pressed redial and got number no longer in service message.

Caller ID showed it as an unknown name and the man was advertising a 'free' family vacation.  When my husband politely asked they remove our number from the list because we are on a do not call registry, the person (it was not a recording) sarcastically replied, "Yeah, how's that working out for you?"  When my husband said not well enough since we received the call, the man said, "Then you'll definitely get another call tomorrow."

That is harassment and this company should be shut down.

I'm in the UK. I missed a call from 01-407-933-2678. I will not have people calling me unless I have given consent to use my number!
It occurred to me that the only contact I've had from the UK with the US phone system is an 'account verification' contact requested by eBay; this is an automated response service. This being the ONLY US contact in recent months, I'm wondering whether it is possible that eBay may be passing on private numbers to other corporations? (Just an idle suggestion, and in no way an attempt to impugn said organisation's impeccable credentials!)
