I just missed a call from this number, and it says it left a voicemail. I didn't know it was Comcast, and when I tried to check the voicemail online, this is the message I got:

Your account may not be ready for Digital Voice Center Sorry, but according to our records, your account status is either not active or was activated less than 24 hours ago, and is not ready for access to the Digital Voice Center.

It can take up to one day for our records to update, so please try again tomorrow.

If it has been greater than 24 hours since your service activation and you are getting this message, there is a problem with our records that need to be fixed before you can use the Digital Voice Center. Please contact Comcast Technical Support at 1-800-COMCAST if you are a residential subscriber or 800-316-1619 if you are a commercial subscriber., available Monday through Friday from 8:15 - 6:00 PM MST.

PRETTY DARN SLICK LEAVING ME A MESSAGE AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD, GOVERNMENT AND THEN CUTTING OFF ACCESS TO MY VOICEMAIL.

As most of Comcast's service fails and is way overpriced, this number calling you is yet another one of their errors.
Sometimes when you manouvre through the automated system, during the so-called transfer that will never happen, this number calls you. It's erratic so when you pick up nobody answers. It's actually Comcast Clowncompany D.C.
