This number calls my cell phone almost every single day. The message is in a language I do not understand. It sounds like an arabic language. In today's times it feels threatening to get a message in this language every day that I can't even understand. I am thinking of changing my cell phone number. I guess there is no way to stop these calls, right?

Lady say she is collecting for charity, I said to stop calling people. If people wanted to donate, that they would find a place to donate themselves and do NOT need to get unsolicited calls.

I got a call from this number as well. A google of the name Potash Neil has a result of a member of the Bowie-Crofton Garden Club. Since I live in Bowie, I imagine it to be some sort of fundraising attempt.
