I recieved a call from this number in Maryland 301-850-2682 claiming to have something to do with abortions.  I could not understand half of what the woman was saying, so I told her so needless to say she got pretty snippy and said she would call back when I could understand her.  I recieved a call today from the same Maryland number  and when I answered they hung up.

Seemingly, "Donor Care Center, Inc." is using this telephone number?(301) 850-2682.

It appears to me that Donor Care Center, Inc. is a thoroughly disreputable "business" that makes abusive telephone calls in order to try to get money for its client companies. From what I understand, Donor Care Center, Inc. (at least sometimes) keeps 99.5% of the money that it raises.
