Received a call from:  301-919-8083 around 5:30 PM, Sunday, 3/23/2014. The caller sounded like a female, teenage,, African American. Stated that she was collecting donations for The National Children's Medical Center. I told her that I worked in their donations department, and that I know everyone there, (I don't.) She hung up immediately.

I don't answer unknown calls.
