How do you block the # ?

I called, woman asked for the case # which I gave her & she said she would remove my phone # from their records ~ we shall see

Keep calling my family talking about fraud n ss # and some summons. .its very annoying and people need to get a dang on life and stop messing with working people

you were scammed, try to stop the payment.  if you can't  - report this to the FTC immediately.    do not pay them again

DO NOT PAY THEM.... ANY COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO PROVIDE A LEGIMATE MAILING ADDRESS IS NOT ACTING WITHIN THE FDCPA LAWS....  they are not registered or licensed to collect debts.  report them to the Federal Trade Commission.   ASK THEM TO MAIL YOU VERIFICATION OF DEBT IN WRITING VIA US MAIL, IF THEY REFUSE, OR WON'T , THIS TELLS YOU THEY ARE AN ILLEGAL OPERATION.

Summons division fraud case attached to my name and social???

I just received another call from the 302 3001102 number.  I decided to call back, and a man with a jamaican accent answered the phone by saying, "what is your social security number", I said, "who am I speaking with and what is the name of this company.  The man then said, I will look up your information using your phone number, I asked again, "who am I speaking with and what is the name of this company."  He then began saying he could no longer hear me and told me to call back then hung up.  When i called backed I told the man I keep receiving calls from this number and he told me "no outgoing phone calls are made from this 302 3001102 line, it solely an intake line."  What a load of cow manure.....Obviously a scam and what makes this worse is the scammers assume their targets are idiots.

This number Called my mom house.  Scared us so I returned call.  They refused to show proof who I owe.  I paid.  Now worried is a scam.  What can I do?

Had a message on my cell from this number today.  They said there was fraudulent activity tied to my name and SS# and that I would be receiving a summons.  They left a case #.  When I called back they asked if they were speaking to (some name, not mine) and when I said no they asked if I had any way of reaching this person.  I said I had never heard of them and they were quick to "say" they would remove my # from their system so I no longer received their calls.  We'll see if that happens.  Have idea if this is a legit operation or not based on my experience.

I keep getting a recording from 302-300-1102 and 989-641-6022 asking for a Dante Gaeta which I am not.
This has been going on twice a day for about 2 weeks.

Also got the same message as everyone else from (302) 300-1102.  I have blocked them.  

I don't entertain them. There are a lot if scammers out there. Whenever someone calls you and brings up your SS# you can bet your bottom dollar it's a scam.  You did right by not calling them back. NEVER CALL BACK! KEEP BLOCKING!

I just received a call from the 302-300-1102 number this afternoon same recording as everyone else's fraud charges associated with my name & ss#   etc etc ... I am going to block the number . Thanks to everyone who has reported this number and company as scammers. The info is very much appreciated. :-)

I have gotten the same message as other people here on this post have gotten, these people are scammers, do not reply, put them on your blocked list!

On Wednesday, April 16, 2014 I received a call from 929-235-0666 and they left voice mail on my answering machine; the message says, "Vick E A Power, I'm contacting you from the process and summons division.  I'm calling to notify you that there will be three charges filed against you in your county.  It looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your SS number.  Vick E A Power,  I need to make you aware of your legal rights before you are served at your home or your place of employment or your legal rights will be forfeited.  Your case number is TH17428; their telephone number is 302-300-1102.  You will need to speak to someone in their legal department.   .

Received the same message as Sammy: This number left a voicemail stating something along the lines of fraudulent activity has been attached to my name and SS# and charges will be filed against me in my county.  I'm supposed to call back before the charges are filed otherwise my rights will be waived once I am summoned at my place of employment and home address.

So I finally called the number back today after they tried calling me from a MS number and now from this number several times. When I called the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that this is a debt from 2007 from a payday loan. In my state this is past the SOL and I don't remember the loan. Any who I proceeded to ask him what court did they file in (he couldn't tell me) and what the case number is (he wouldn't tell me that either but instead told me that is the sheriff's job to give me that information, ummm OK). Last time I checked if you filed a case against me you should be able to give me the information. Well to make a long story short, when the man saw that I was not about to give any information or money but instead I started asking him for his company information so I can have my attorney get involved, he became upset, told me I wasn't making any sense and good luck in court and he hung up in my face. I called back again but he hung up in my face again. So I called back a third time and told the lady that answered the phone for them to stop calling me and do what you got to do. Obviously trying to get money that they will not be getting from me. Company is a total scam.

Tried calling this number back to tell them I am not the person they are looking for They asked if I had a case number and after telling them that I did however I was not the person they said they were looking for they hung up on me.  Called back and was hung up on again.

Is there a way to report this number to authorities, it is obviously a scam.

Harrassing call from an answering machine threatening so serve me papers at my place of employment. Called back and this was for a debt that was settled years ago with a payday loan company through bankruptcy.
I told them to buggar off, NEVER call me again and if they have something to serve me with to bring it on.
No legitimate company calls you to say they are going to serve you. They just freakin do it.
Felt good to tell them off.

I just got call from this people, and talk with some lady name Audrey, I told her I paid my account and have confirmation #, she said that this company have 2 accounts on me and wont release any information on what type of accout or acc numbers.
