Got a call at 6AM - I thought it was an emergency but it was 302-357-3787

4:33 am.  Answered but nobody there.

I received a call from this number at 3:44AM - I assumed the worst as I grabbed the phone only to find out it was a robo call!!  I can't even remember what it was for now, but I tried to call the number back the next day and it just says "goodbye"
UGH!!!

As did others, I reeived a call from this number at 4:15 AM. I called back later in the day and someone named "Gregory" answered. As soon as he started speaking, it was clear this guy's IQ barely reaches room temperature. Telemarketers are a strange breed. Cold calling at 4:15 AM. Really? You would think that despite his intellectual shortcomings, he would at least know how to tell time.

We got a call at 4:28 a.m..  Called back now (11:20 a.m.), they apologized for the error.  They also said they would be removing our number from their call list at my request.

I also got a call at 2:30 am last night.
I called them back today and I got a real person who apologized for a computer glitch/mistake that allowed people to be called (for a promotion) in the early am vs. what was planned - pm.  He seemed honest.  Let's hope they do not repeat this error.

I got a call from (302) 357-3787 at exactly 5:00 am. The caller ID said STARNETPAETEC, so I didn't answer it. If they are trying to solicit something, maybe they should try not to make their potential customers angry.

At 3:40 AM central time while asleep the phone rang, we received the computer generated call from STARNETPAETEC.  I have learned how to use the call block service on my phone and will add this one to the list.   Reporting to www.donotcall.gov but doubt that the government will do anything about it.

4:30AM        No answer

Alright, EVERYBODY!!! I have called them back several times & have gotten TWO names... Aaron & Gregory. CALL THESE LOW LIFE PIECES OF (insert curse here) anonamously by first dialing *67 before the area code & main number! That will block your call so they won't kmow who is calling! I've been doing it for an hour now with my end muted & listening to them get frustrated by answering numerous "unknown" incoming calls and no one to speak to on the other end... Yeah, it's kind of childish, but who else is going to help us? These "do not call list" prompts are a SCAM and in some cases, pressing that # will actually ADD you to more lists for people to call & bug the crap out of you! F these S.O.B's!!! I'm going to ring the living FUQ out of their phone ALL DAY LONG and LOVE every minute of it! Payback's a BI***!!!

Called me at 4:15 a.m. AGAIN. The company that owns that number and sells it to call centers is Startec.  1.888.212.0099 We should all call them and give them a piece of our minds!!

Called our number at 3:49A.M.  central time.   No one said a word.

Called at 4:50 AM  CST.  Did not answer.  Am on the Do Not Call List as well, but it doesn't seem to matter these days.

The b*****ds called me at 04:45. Report them to donotcall.gov

Woke me up at 4 am could not get back to sleep when I answeed tey hung up 1-302-357-3787

They called at 4 AM... I filed a complaint with starnetpaetec and the feds...
starnetpaetec says they wholesale out numbers... Here is the message from

Received a call at almost 5 a.m. mountain time.  Naturally, I'm on the NO CALL LIST.

called at 4:25a, rang and rang, hung up when I answered. Who and why and how can they be stopped?

Same as all. Got a call at 4:59 AM. I use a CPAP mask at night for Apnea and it was a scramble to answer the phone, get the mask off, etc. Very angry, no response to my 'Hello. Also on the do not call list.

Recieved call @ 5AM, Did not answer.I am on the do not list, what can be done to stop these calls?

called at 400 am, I'm on the no call list too. WTF people...would you please come and knock on my door at 400 am. Because I have something for you!

these people called me at 3am and I have some choice words for who ever dialed my number please call me again and put a live person on the phone.

Caled at 3:23 am CST, did not answer.  I also own a small business.

Called at 5:03 AM central time. I'm also registered as small home based business on LinkedIn. I have also registered on the Do Not Call list over 6 months ago. The caller is based in Delaware and the name has been reported as; Starnetpaetec. I have reported them to the NDNC service.

Woke us up at 4:22 am MST................Now I can't get back to sleep. My only day off to sleep!  Dam these people. We called the number back but no answer.  

BTW  we are a small business out of our house.  I saw some other reports that some callers also own a business.

Called me at 3:08 AM.  Rercording said if I wanted a free mobile web page ..press 1.  I said "You Idiot"  and hung up.  I am so furious to be awakened at that time for a stupid sales call!   Please help get rid of that nonsense!

got a phone call at 3am. By the time I got to the phone they had rung off. The ID is STARNETPAETEC. Who is it?

Robo call at 5:07 a.m. MST to my HOME business number re: mobile website. These people need serious punishment, and if it involves punitive damages, I want some!
