Received a text from this number saying it was "officer Lowery of the Delaware State Police" and it was looking for a friend of mine.

Look WHOEVER you are, i am not a messenger, if you have anything to say to Angela you know her sister's numbers, so she might be able to tell her what you want her to know, so stop behaving so stupid. Do you think that if the police is gong to get somebody they are going to let them know so they can run away, i know i'm shy but I AM NOT STUPID OR NAIVE, LEAVE ME ALONE. I AM TIRED OF YOUR CRAZY GAME.

Eli you have been deceived.  How well do you know her? EC or Elizabeth ( eli) she dont got a drivers license so she cant get a ticket. Ask Michael about her situtation and he will explain to you she got a bag full of them stories and she want you to feel sorry for her.  I got the same text and know it got some true in it.  She aint a saint and Officer Lowery I hope you get her a** because she put my business in jeopardy and the people that work for me.  She been lying to Eli and everyone around her about everything.

Earlier this morning I got a call then a text from this number.  I tried calling it back and got not answer.  The text I thought was a prank but I know it is true.  The officer Lowery states that they are trying to locate Angela Jiminez- Angela Rodriguez.  Well I worked at AVON but for the Staffing company SPHERION.  This girl worked for me and was nothing but trouble.  When I left earlier this year I received a call from one of my excoworkers at SPHERION and she told me that she got a letter from the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION stating that the number Angela Jiminez was using is a false number.  But by this time she was fired for her attitude.  A few weeks later my excoworker told me that they got another letter from "ICE" requesting information on her.  

I was shoked because this girl was so desperate for money always saying that she needed the money for her mom.  I spoke to her a few weekes later after I left SPHERION and asked her if there was any truth to the accusations and she hung up the phone on me.  After I got the TEXT I then realize that there is reason for the police to be looking for her.  She is very nice person on the outside but very conniving.  I REALLY HOPE THEY FIND HER BECAUSE SHE IS PUTTING A LOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE'S JOB IN JEPORDY.

Got the same text & thought it was a prank, so did ma friend & it seems that "OFFICER LOWERY" spoke with ma friend.  He said that she is being looked at 4 using false documentations 2 get jobs in the Delaware area. You never can tell about people she seems innocent enough, & I am gonna change ma # aint tryin 2 get in trouble for no illegal.

I later talk to her and she said that she talked to the police  and they say is not them calling, that it must be someone else trying to get info about her. She never been in trouble nor ever gotten a parking ticket, so she has no idea why this person keeps contacting all the people in her phone.

She changed her number and hopes this person don't keep bothering her.

Well guess what he showed up to my place of Business with the DSP.  He works for SSA and is an officer.  That is a number they use when they are not able to speak with someone so the send out text messages.  In hope of getting responses. The new way to get information or your point accross. They had ever call this Girl made incoming and outgoing on her phone and mines were highlighted.  Sucks.

i dont think it is legal and i dont believe he is a police. he is just a desperate jerk looking for somebody who does not wants him on her live.

Received a call and text message from the same number,  I thought it was a prank at first but turned out to be a cell number for the Delaware State Police who is investigating a woman I met at a club.  The officer got my number from her Call list which they got from the phone company.  Is this legal for them to do?
