I do believe we should all be paid for the time stolen from me almost every day by these crooks, especially when we have documented proof of the " "Do Not Call List" request(s).

Now, I have to believe this telemarketing cellphone harassment has become way too massive now for the "Do Not Call List" system(s) that were put in effect years back to be affective anymore.

I say a Class Action petition need be filed.

I don't know about you but, I want to be repaid for my continued waste of time being with this.
Being forced to have to always deal with these criminals, ( and they know they are breaking laws. ) is something that needs to be eliminated, or we need repair.

I'm sure the "man hours" used-up with this issue, if the time of being forced to deal with the calls alone, world wide, annually,  were to be added up and viewed in monetary values, should very well be in the millions of dollars.
So. I want my money BACK!!

This number calls me about five times weekly. Real annoying! No idea who it is.

Called me during lunch, recorded message regarding Credit Card Debt. Blocked the number and reported it to Do Not Call Complaint site.

they have violated the do not call list for Canada.

Winnipeg, 9:49 am.  Call is from Delaware area code. Did not answer.  Delaware hung up too late.  Cost them a long distance call--my answering machine cut in!

Never answer these unknown number below. They keep calling every other day (day & evening).

I got a call as well.  I'm in BC.  Too bad the Canadian do not call list does not stop US companies from abusing us. The CRTC should make a deal with FCC so that they can enforce do not call together on both sides of the border!!

I had the same call , ""Reduce your credit card ..........    press 1 or 3...

I'm sick of those calls , time for the Gov. to put a end to it.

Obviously automated call which stays on long enough to leave a blank message on the message machine. I live in Canada and don't know anyone living in Delaware.  Hey, the cost of international long distance to Canada is their problem. Blocked number anyway.

Got a call from 302-394-9503 Delaware didn't answer. The only problem with the "do not call list" it only aplies to companies who put their names on the that list, which most don't because they won't be able to call anymore. You also can't block 1-800 or 1-888 numbers from your phone company. That is something I have complained about to Telus my phone service provider. Yhose are the calls everyone wants to block.

I got a call from this number, asked that my name be removed from their list.  Speaker got real salty with me, copped a real attitude, but said my number would be removed.  Said they could reduce my credit card debt, although I have none.

Called that number using skype and it says wca subscriber services. Wtf?

Who is this calling?  Always during working hours.....don't answer personal unknown calls.

I got a call from 302-394-9503 in Alberta this morning.  I answered with just a "hello" and then listened.  I got a message from a recorded voice: "This is Julie.  We have checked your MasterCard account . . .if you need a hardship program, we can help . . . 30 - 60 cents on a dollar . . .We also help with American Express and Discovery . . . consolidate your debt  . . ."  This call was almost identical to the one from 302-394-6831 I got on April 7, 2011.  It is from Delaware.  I could press a number to speak to an agent or press a number to be removed from the list!  I said and did nothing, so this voice said, "If you are still there, press 1 to speak to an agent, press . . ."  Then they hung up.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, and this year I have already received 32 such calls.
