Got two calls from these people tonight.  All my phone showed was two missed calls from 302-394-9566 and then "Restricted"  whatever that means.  I have no clue who they are however if they knew me and wanted to contact me they know the drill, and that wasn't it.

I hope you didn't give them true information about yourself - they might be trying to find out information to scam you, or steal your identity or something!

Who keeps calling me from this number?  I do not know anyone from this area code and it's bugging me!!

if anyone finds out who these people or company is, please let us all know.  so we can be just as annoying to them as they are to use.  filing dno call complaint.  will let know results....

I got a call from this number, did not answer it. The caller had no ID. I look up the no. and found the Peerless Network of Delaware is the provider. Its a landline with no owner. Can PROMTN MTR WCA mean Promotion Manager and I have no idea what WCA means.

got a call this afternoon around 1pm cst. caller id said..."PROMTN MTR WCA" didn't answer since i didn't recognize it and of course no message.

I received a call but no voice mail was left.

2-$25 gift cards from walmart. All touchtone options are invalid.

We have digital Blue Ridge Com system for our phone service. A new service was just added which allows you to block any SPOOFING calls (unwanted advertising that blocks their phone # and if you return the call, it states their phone number is no longer in service). It works!

May suggest that anyone who receives a call go to www.donotcall.com and file a complaint.

Seriously, who are these people?!? What the heck is the Do Not Call list for? Whether these calls are legit or not. It's ANNOYING. Plain and simple.

Received a call from this number ten minutes ago, an advertisement for assistance if you owe the IRS $10K+. Having been fraudulently fined by the IRS in 1998 with the issue still unresolved, I wanted to see what they had to offer.

I requested to know what WCA stood for. The rude young woman that answered stated apparently I was not interested in what they had to offer. I asked four times what those letters meant, she refused to say and hung up. I called back and got the 2) $25 gift card offers, went though the prompts and the line was disconnected.

May I suggest that everyone who is getting this call go to www.donotcall.com and file a complaint.

I just called  the number using the *67 302-394-9566 and the automated voice told me that the system is not allowed to accept calls from Blocked OR Private numbers.  SO how DO you stop these people?!!
