Multiple calls today from this number, and also 302-394-9737.  So, it's still happening as late as December.

This is one of the typical robotic-callers with a recorded message. They ARE NOT telemarketers. They operate outside of the United States and attempt to "sell" a product at a fee that is so low, some people take the hook and provide a credit card number for the "product."

At this point, the off-shore crooks start sucking the life out of your account and you have been robbed.

They easily dupe the unsuspecting (and ignorant) victim into thinking it is a legitimate business here in the United States because the phone number has a U.S. area code, but something called Voice Over Internet Protocol (and/or fake Trac Fone accounts and other per-pay services) are used to trick the victim.

These people do not participate in the "DO NOT CALL" list because they are bandits, not actual marketing firms.

I also just received a call from this number, on my cell no less. I rejected the call and they didn't leave a message. Also on the Do Not Call list. I shall call them back and request to opt out. Thanks everyone b4 me.

I just called the number back, it's some fake free money giveaway thing. If you call them back, you can cancel your subscription.

They called me here in California too, on my cell 37 minutes ago. I opted to be removed from their calling list. Doubt that will help. Will file a complaint as well as my number is on the do not call registry too.

Just got a call from this number, I'm in Illinois. They have called me before too and never leave a message.

I am on the do not call registry, but have been getting unwanted calls from telemarketers. I received a call from 302-394-9650 just now.(9-21-11) This makes about four telemarketing calls in the last week. I guess the do not call list no longer matters.

I returned a call to this number and it was WCA Subscriber Services and has an opt-out feature to remove your information.  This is a solicitor so it's a No-Call violation and should be reported to your state's AGO.

Called my cell phone (which is also on DNC list).  Did not leave message.

Call my cell phone saying, "Congratulations, you have won a free security system including install as long as you put our sign in your front yard." I am on the Do Not Call List so this is a blantant violation of the process.

They called my phone during the school day. I did not answer ... they did not leave message.
