Got a call on my cell phone today from these clowns. I did try to call the # back and got a busy signal. I usually do not answer however today my husband had called my cell to let me know a friend of mine had pancreatic  and liver cancer. So when the phone rang again I thought it was my college chum.

Recieved a call from this number 1pm central time. Didn't answer called the number back just a busy signal. Good thing I decided to look it up. See I wasn't the only one who received a call looks like they been pretty busy today.

I have received calls from 302-427-4513, and don't know how to get them to stop calling.

Got phoned on cell at 10:41 pst, but I didn't answer.  The mumber showed from Wilmington, DE on caller ID

Called my cell phone, I didn't answer & they left no message on vm.

They called my workplace, and I am the receptionist so I answered, but no one was there. Oh well, no way they would get through to anyone anyway if they are scammers.

I hate spam callers.  Do people really believe these scammers?

WTC SL1 translates to "World Trade Center Silver Line 1"... this is a sick reference to the 9/11 bombings.  It is time the perpetrators of these unwanted telemarketing calls are brought to justice.  If not by the federal government, then by vigilante justice.

I just received a call from them on my cell. I thought about answering it but decided to google them instead. Glad I did.

bogus re call for  lower interest rates

Scam. Says: "We are calling from your credit card to let you know that you qualify for a lower interest rate of 6.9%! Your eligibility for this offer is limited and will expire soon. Please press 1 to speak to a representative or press 2 to discontinue notices of this offer."

That's not 100% verbatim but pretty close. Hung up and found this page. Didn't state an actual CC company or a brand name. SCAM.

8/7/13, 12:40pm edt, call to my cell, didn't answer.  How do we report this?

Got a call about a half hour ago from them. I wanted to pick it up because I have some friends and business contacts in Wilmington, DE which is supposedly where the number originated. But I let it go since I figured they'd leave a voicemail if it was important.

Glad I checked the number out and found this page.
