I did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. They left a voicemail from a woman names Laquisha. She left a message for me (using my first and last name) in regards to my online application for a cash loan. I would never sign up for a random cash loan on line, so they are obviously one of those "give us your bank account info for a free loan" scammers. The woman on the line was very pleasant and had no discernable accent.
