I received a call at 3:36am on my work phone, when I tried to call back, I got the fast busy sound. I'm hopeful they don't call my home number at the time

Fortunately, I received call from 302-669-4300 at work number at 05:56PM on Saturday 16-JUL-2011.
I was not there.
No voice message was left.
On my home telephone system, I have a block feature that speaks "blocked" if they ever call again.
All of my numbers are on the "Do Not Call List", but it appears that the "Do Not Call List" is not enforced, because I'm still receiving several calls per week on all of my telephone numbers.

17 seconds of white noise, and then hang up. Called @ 3:55am. to Verizon cellular. No one from Delaware is cool enough to call me, and to my understanding, few Delawareans (I swear that's the demonym) even have phones or electricity. Besides, shouldn't a state with the word "aware" in their name be "aware" of scams, auto-dialers, and telemarketers calling out-of-state at odd hours.

They called me today at 3:04 PM.  It's OK.  I'll just turn them into Texas No-Call.  They get results.

Called at 3:08 AM.  I called the number and received an operator that the phone number did not go through.  Who are these people?  They wrecked my day!

Called me at 1:46am.  No one there when I answered.  Called back:  call cannot be completed, try again later.

Call came in at 4:41am - nobody responded on the other end.

This must be an auto dial thing...why can'tthe phone company put a stop to this? I received it on my office phone at 10:36pm.

These jerks called my home phone line at 1:01 AM.  When I call back I get a fake "call could not be completed due to network difficulties" message.  If you listen closely during the fake message you can hear a man's voice speaking in the background.

I frequently receive the same type of call from another number:  302-669-4300.  Calling it gives you the same fake message.  How is the FCC not on top of this?  I just filed two complaints, one for each number.  I suggest you do the same: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

For the record, I have no outstanding debts, and have never had any reason whatsoever to do business with NCO Financial.  These guys are shadier than an oak tree.

got a call at 1:56 a.m. on my husband's cell phone.  Called back immediately only to get a fast busy signal.  Same thing all day.  Why are these people calling in the middle of the night if they are some sort of a business and if these are auto dial calls then they need to reset them so they do not disturb people in the middle of the night.  There must be laws against such calls in the middle of the night.

These freaking a** wipes called me a 3 am also.  By the time I fumbled for the phone they were gone. I did the *69 to find the number, didn't recognize it and called them.  I got the same "call did not go through as dialed" message.

got a call from the same number at 5:00 am--caller id says Bank One Service. When I redialed the number I got an operator recording saying the call did not go through as dialed....

same thing 3:42 AM, what more can we do besides report the number?

Called mine and my husbands cell phones. We are on the do not call list.
