Sending a legit check but its not. My bank called me today and it was from my banks fraud dept. I closed my acct out today when I found out. As the advise my bank told me to do and just open a new acct. So I did. Damn scam artists jerks!!!!

Yes this is a scam. I deposited this so called $1,995.00 check in my acct and three days letter thr fraud dept from my bank calls me and explained that these people are doing this illegally to try to get into your bank acct. I closed mine out today. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID> Felt like an idiot in my own bank. How embarrassing and humiliating!!! Jerks!!!

Never received a call but did receive the letter plus a check.  The instructions are a bit confusing, the number to call is also not only difficult to hear but confusing, as well.  The physical check, itself, is correct or is a very good copy of the real thing.  I don't see what the length of the check number has to do with its validity but I'm not certain about the bank numbers at the bottom of the check.  I would think CitiBank would have a vested interest in whether or not this is a valid check and would want to immediately look into this matter.  Does anyone know if CitiBank has done so or promised to take some action?

I recieved this letter along with a check for almost two thousands and read about the buisness which seems real and not a scam but i go online to log my check in ans ready to get startred working and this page pulls up with all this scam and negative bull crap. The number is a cell phone in DE.

I checked the postmark on the envelop because the stamps strange. Its postmarked from CORREOS, MADRID? I also called the number and then the number in NJ. 2 different voices. I didn't leave a message of course. The longer I look it seems like a scam. :-( I was looking forward to working something this summer.

Read the letter it tells you where to go to log in and it gives you your user id and password on the letter.  I am going to call the bank tomorrow to find out if the check is legitimate
