They call a private cell phone number and I have no clue who they are or what they want

I am sorry, I'm so mad over this I can't see straight CCS is correct.  Not CSI or CCI.

I have received at least 100 or more calls from CSI. The calls are coming from (302) 678-1375 & (302)678-1308 & 1-800-272-200 etc.  Its been going on for more than 3 months. In all this time I still have not been told what it is all about.  But, last night 11-24-09, CCS called my home & let the phone ring once then hung up about 5 times in a row. This is done to get you mad (direct harrassment) and then when you answer it there is no-one there.  When they call and leave a message, they do not identify what they are calling about, they just ask that you call them back.  Well this is all going to come to an end this coming week because last nite was not the first time they called 5 times & hung up. I called AG Beau Bidens office and left a message for some help with this.But I am ready to take matters into my own hands and drive down to 28988 Seaford Rd. Laurel,DE.  Because I have triple A credit in the 800's and do not owe anyone a penny THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM BAGS AT CCI! to do this to me, well you are going to look ito my eyes and tell me what this is all about.

Capitol Credit Services, Inc. They list their number on their bills as 302-678-1735 (or 800-272-0200), but this 302-678-1308 is theirs too. They are a collection agency, with accounts from Bayhealth hospitals, et al.

They keep calling and the CID says CCS, Inc.  They will not leave a message.
