This number is constantly calling my cell phone, VERY annoying.  Finally picked up and it was a recorded message about my lecetric bill costs.  I want these people to have diarrhea for 50 years straight.

I called the # right back & got a recording saying "if you don't any more prmotional calls press 1 now..........wait 72 hrs. to take effect......We'll see

It's a company trying to get you to change your energy company. Verizon sucks, they only let you block 5 numbers for 90 days but hell no they won't let you root your phone to make it easier to get rid of these jack*** calls.

I got a call from this number last night at 6:35 PM I did not answer it.

The thing is, the do not call list only protects you from people whoe are selling things. campaigns, surveys, etc. they are allowed to call you because they arent selling a product or service. so annoying.

I got 3 calls from this number today. 10/27/12
One at 2pm then 2    a minute apart at 8pm.

I receive at least 2 -3 calls per day from 302-789-0284.  There is nothing on the other end - just dead silence.  Must be getting a rise at nothing because I do not respond at all....  I'm blocking it anyway and if it keeps up I will change my number!!!

received a call on cell phone, did not answer, blocked # - proceeded to get 17 (yes, SEVENTEEN) blocked calls from the number in less than 3 minutes. If you can,block the number.

I have no idea who they are, they do not leave a message, and I do not want to answer because it would list me as a live number.

PEOPLE - It doesn't matter if you are on the Do Not Call list.  These are scammers who use computers to robo-dial every possible number they can dial.  The number that shows up on your caller ID is not the real number they are calling from.  It is "spoofed".  You can report it all you want - it is not the number the computer is calling you from.  They are not telemarketers.  They may pretend to offer you products or services, but these are just attempts to get you to provide personal info, like a credit card number, or your Social Security number, so they can rip you off or steal your identity.  Do not answer, do not respond in any way.  Do not push a button to "opt out".... it's just a way for them to confirm they are calling a live number.

Complain to your US Senator of Representative.  It is hard to believe the phone companies and the FCC can not stop these scammers.

I got a call but no one was one it. i called the # back and they have a greeting stating 'if you do not wish to get anymore calls, dial 1'. i did and hope it works!

I got 2 calls from this number 2 minutes ago; no voice message.  Didn't answer it.

Another number that keeps calling. I am on a do not call list and will report all numbers.

This number has been calling me for days. I am on the do not call list ! It does not work.....

Got called twice tonight by this number, let it go to voicemail...no message. Must be telemarketers, even though I am on the do not call list.  Everyone seems to be getting a lot of these lately.  Looks that the list isn't working to well.

This number called earlier today on my phone and now it has called 4 times in a row on my husbands!!!  No voicemail left....

These people called my cell phone 3 times today. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Same here. Got a call from this number today. Did not pick up. And caller did not leave any voice mail. I saved this number and will configure my phone to send all calls directly to voicemail.

This number keeps calling me.  They do not leave a message on voice mail.  For that reason I will never answer calls from this number.
