We just got this same call but of course the number is different now. It's 1-206-430-5347. I'm glad I researched and found this info. We will be filling a complaint with several agencies! Keep an ear out!

Just received several threatening messages from a number 802-552-8555 telling me that I am going to be served at work or home. Called them back and he kept asking me for a case number. I asked who they were and it is Pretrial Processing. I gave them no information and hung up. DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. They need a law suit brought against them.

first  i  kept getting messages to call 302-861-5036 for a Stephanie saying  fraudalent activity was attached to her SS number  and that she needs to call before a Summons is sent out to her home or place of employment.  I called them with the reference number they left and said they had they wrong number for a Stephanie I was told that they would remove my number, but when I put my name on my recorded message hoping to now get the calls asking for me by name saying my SS number is attached to fraudenlent activity same threatening message for me this time

Another scumbag calling and harrassing my friend and me about a debt that doesn't exist threatening arrest abd being served at and my job. Not gonna happen if i have to hunt these b*****ds down. I don't know how they are getting my information but I believe employees who for collections is selling the information for their cut.

They gave a case number and said to call 251-206-0068 which is the legal department.  If I do not respond their will be a summons issued to me at work or at home.  Called the number and no one answers.

I received a call on my work phone from 302-861-5036 saying that I had Civil Case against me, and I need to call the legal office with the case number they gave me.  They said that if I don't respond that will serve me either at work or home and my rights will then be forfeited.  I called them back, and I provided them the case number that they gave me, and he brought up a name, and I told I don't know this prerson, and he said then we called you by mistake.  It is weird.

We are receiving the same call but they are going through my husband and my contacts it seems. They have even called my mother in reguards to criminal charges for my husband. They don't give us any information on the "charges" or where they are calling from either. When you look up this number there is no listing and it is located with a Delaware zip!!

This number keeps calling claiming to be a summons for court on cases brought against me. Last week it was a different number saying I had to the end of the day to turn myself in or settle a debt or a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest. This is a FDCPA VIOLATION !!! I suggest anyone being harrased by these a***oles file charges against them. Start with the phone company and report harrasement then use phone records to notify the FBI FDCPA Division etc......

I have been called from this number saying I owe a debt from 2007. This was on Sept, 30, 2013. They wanted me to settle this on the phone. I told him that I owed nothing and they said I needed paperwork to prove it. I asked for paperwork and they said that it had to be settled that day. I tried calling back, talked to a woman and they were suppose to get ahold of me. Never heard a word back. Today I get a call that I am having 2 fraudulent charges filed against me with my name and SS#. How can anyone do this when they have never submitted any type of paperwork,

Got a call stating that they would be serving papers at my job or home. Thankfully I am a paralegal with years of experience in civil and criminal court proceedings.  I promise we don't call to give you an option before serving you papers.  If we have filed a suit it means that we have exhausted all efforts to collect the debt outside of legal channels and we are no longer offering any type of settlement.  In addition the fact that it's a voice recording and not an actual person should be a huge clue that it's just a robo call. What's interesting is that they had originally called and left a message on my phone for someone else, I called to inform them that person was not at this number and all of a sudden I start getting calls.  Please don't give them any information or money.

I just received a phone call from this number 302-861-5036 along with a reference number for me call back. How can you issue someone a summons in which I have no ideal who you are??? The automated says they confirm I received this message anybody can pick up the phone so how is that??? You can't do that!!! Very unprofessional & tacky... Ugh

This number called me it was a robo call half human half recorded. Strange. They said I had two complaints filed against my social security number for fraudulent activity. Never say the name of the place they are calling from. Also your gonna love this one I texted the number on my cell phone text did not come back saying it was not a wireless device. SO THEY ARE CALLING FROM A CELL PHONE!!!! A LEGAL DEPARTMENT MY A**. Somehow they called relatives too. SCAM do not give out any information!!!

I've recieved many calls from this company that I finally was old a Mr. Riley runs and it's supposed to be called AMG Arbitrations Group. They call from multiple numbers this being the latest one threatening to serve me papers at my home or job. I've told them I would appreciate it if they would beause to see them in court would be my pleasure. They wouldn't give me any information as to an address.

I've been reporting them by calling the national no call registry, using option 2 and follow the prompts. This is a number to report any harrassing calls.1-888-382-1222. I was informed that any robo call is illegal and can be reported as well as harrassing calls.

Sounds fraudulent. I called back to be put on a do not call list from them. I asked who they were and they would only say "processing and summons division". They refused to tell me for what county or state or the name of their organization.If the the courts needed to contact someone I doubt it would be in this fashion.

302-861-5036 "miss Henderson" clld, stated owed $ to a company from yrs ago.  Wanted last 4 digits of ss# and that a civil suit was to go before a judge and that if I did not settle today.  She 'put me on hold' and contacted them, they 'said' they would take a %50 payment today to settle.  Asked for the domain address so I could look it up online, she just said ANG, and that it did not stand for anything.  Asked again and she said Civil Complaint Services.  Asked where she was from, she stated Washington state.  She got quite brief when I kept asking questions about her company and the full name and the location, she was not happy and said if I would like to settle now, I would not go before a judge and that she had to go tend to other people.  I hung up with her stating I would look the scant information she gave me online.  Then I found out that this is all a scam.

SCAMMERS - When I answered my cell phone, the recording went on about "fraud activity", etc., etc., ad nauseum.  I called the number back - a "Mr. Stevens" answered.  Told him we're all on to their scams and to NOT CALL MY # AGAIN. These people just don't give up.

Thank You ALL for this information and responses!  I was suspicious yet still fearful.  I received several calls on my cell phone from 302-861-5036 leaving automated messages (computer voice) saying that I had two fraud counts associated with my social security number and that I need to call the legal office with the case number they gave me and ask for the legal department.  They said that if I don't respond that I will be served the summons either at work or home and my rights will then be forfeited.  I am curious if I can get any information from them, requesting them to send me written documentation so I can show my attorney.  I doubt they will from reading these responses and I always know NOT to give out any personal information.  I will then report their response here and to our attorney general.  It is interesting that so many of us have "two fraud cases linked to social security number"!  Nerve wracking but funny.

Got the same message about fraudulent activity on my ssn and that papers were going to served in my county.   It was a continuous "Filled in the blanks" recording.  Called the number back  and asked for the and got into it with a Samantha (same voice as the recording).  Demanded to know why I was being served and why I was getting calls from Delaware.  She hung up on me.  Called back the next day and blocked my number...asked for the Legal Dept....she said she was the Legal Dept (same female) and asked her why I was being served...she asked my name and when I gave it to her she hung up me again.  Called back again and when she asked for a case number, said "I don't have a caqse number and you keep hanging up on me so I will be getting a lawyer...good-bye."

I tried filing a complaint with them too. I got an email saying to call them to verify some information. I was informed that unless we have the name of the company calling that they can't do anything.

I received a call from this number stating that they are with Process summons and that I need to contact them at 302-861-5036 because a complaint has been filed against me and a summons will be served to my house or my job and a warrant will be issued against me if I do not contact this office at 302-861-5036 to settle this complaint.  I had a investigator with police department call them they got really ugly.  What a scam!!

I received the same calls threatening a warrant out for me due to fraudulent activity on my ssn.  The first call I tried to get a fax number or address to send a cease and desist letter.  The second call they got mad when I wouldn't give the correct 4 digits of my ssn and said they were just filing the warrant.  Then I called them and no one would take my call.  So I went onto www.consumerfinance.gov and filed a complaint.  What a bunch of idiots!!!
