This is absolutely a scam. These sleezes buy lists from states and prey on unsuspecting people

Their company name is Luxurycondosinternational.com they did call me, and I did give them the money because their site was up and the person and man, did get back to me the next day for atleast three days, soon as they got the money, he quickly switch me to customer service, and the site shut down, the site was coming form Dover Delaware. After that, still other timeshare people start to call and told me to get my money back, and deal with them...now I won't be a fool twice, I went to the back and the bank said they will refund my claim, after investigations...I believe this company has more than just one person or it is a company of thieves, so when one person gets the money from you, they have someone else contact you to get the money from the bank or get the bank to refund your money only to give it to them...Timeshares are a bunch of crap, I have a legit company now selling my timeshare, and it has been almost a year now and still no sale....

I received a call from Robert Smith, followed up by Tom Sharp the next day. I could name my selling price and they had a buyer. When I gave my selling price, they suggested a higher price so they could make more from the buyer. I was to send $1,400 to them in order to pay the "seller's share of the Escrow Fees". This sounded strange because I have always received the Escrow check with those fees removed at the time of Escrow. I told them I had to get permission from my husband and then called a broker friend who agreed that those fees are removed by the Escrow office. She also mentioned that those selling timeshares can write their own rules (usually in small print) as there is no set rule on these properties.
Thanks for sharing, I hope this helps.

I received a call today from a person, name, Tony M. and he told me that they already had a down payment for my ?TimeShare? and to get this deal going all I needed to do, was to deposit $1850.00 with them to get the transfers of ownership going. To do this I had to give him my credit card number. And then out of the total amount that I would receive would be taken $500.00 per year for maintenance fees, because I had never paid it. Well that timeshare company went bankrupt within weeks after they got my first down payment, which was $1.000.00. So my thought now is, how could they sell something that is not in existence anymore?

I too received incredible "offer" to buy my timeshare. I am waiting for the call back, after they obtain down payment. I was skeptical so I searched the internet.
Did you ever hear back from the company?

Received a message from this number saying they had a buyer for my timeshare. The price they said was well above what I had it listed for. They said I needed to pay $1500 to them in 24 hours in order to get the title, ect, and that they already had a down payment from a buyer. This is a complete scam, I ask them to send me an e-mail with their company info and they said they would but they didn't.

called and left msg about someone interested in buying my time share - odd that they did not leave a company name. further suprising that in doing a number search that you are unable to pull up a company name. Hate these type of shysters -
