received a call said hello, the male voice said that this call is on behalf of M and then silence.

Didn't answer b/c didn't recognize caller ID. No message left.

call the number back and it kept saying all circuits are busy now.

Recd call, asked for husband & suggested another time to call back.  Called back within 20 minutes & I asked the nature of the call.  They barely got out "American Veterans" fundraiser then hung up.

Received a call with no message.  I called back and got a voice recording.  ID just said Delaware.

An extremely rude guy who asked for Chris, then for a family name (not us)... wouldn't take "you have the wrong number" for an answer, so I questioned his ancestry and hung up.

Same,got a call,no one on the other side and hung up.  Should be illegal and the phone company should be responsible for tracking calls.

I received a call from this number. The caller ID just showed Delaware, which is the state I live in. It was a telemarketer for an American Veterans organization. I never give on the phone and told the caller so.

A couple of call to me with the same thing. Annoying!

Same thing happened to me.  The caller ID said Delaware and when I said hello, there was no response.  I didn't call back.

Called here this AM. Said hello, a foreign type voice said hello, then nothing more. Hung up then.

2 calls on consecutive days - no voice - no message. If you hang up and call the number you get a phone company recording - ' we are sorry but this number was missdialed- hang up and try again.'
