Call came in at 11:49 a m, showing from Brighton, Colorado.  Answering machine picked up, but they
left no message, confirming they had no valid reason to call.  .

AVOID?phishing scheme: Like a lot of the other responses they called with specific information about my car and tried to offer me extended warranty policy that did not even make sense based on dates with my original warranty. They passed me between three people and then when I started to decline they immediately hungup.

I keep getting calls and that last one was from 303 219 1603.  They switched me to 3 people all claiming to want to verify that my 2003 BMW X-5 would qualify, with 95,000 miles on it for their 5 year protection program.  They finally switched me back to the 2nd person after the 3rd person explained about the no call back issue and by that time it was apparent this was some kind of scam, so hung up.  Total time was about 4 minutes but could not get any information nor would they agree to e mail information or mail information to me. They knew the year, make and model of the 2003 X-5 and my mailing address.

When I told them I no longer owned the car they called about - they said "You're Annoying" and hung up. Must suck to have their job if that response makes them feel better.

This number called and was f***en rude!!!! It's a compnay that you purchase warranties on your car. Who the f*** are they to call me and be so rude! DON'T pick up this number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, report it.  If the caller is stupid they may be able to trace the number.  I did not hear the call come in because I was in a meeting and my ringer was off.  I won't answer if I see the number again.  Putting it on my block and reject lists.

this person called and started asking really dirty questions, i.e., if i would like a**l sex, etc.  should this get reported to the police?

They called a family member asking if they owned one of my previous cars. When asked what he was calling about, the caller just hung up.

Identified themself as "Auto Department" and tried to get me to purchase an extended warranty package for one of my vehicles.  They had very specific knowledge of the year, make, and model of one of my vehicles.  Possibly getting this information from vehicle registration records or insurance records?
