I am 99% sure this is the Colorado School of Mines "digger dial" that tries to collect money from graduates. The (303) 273-xxxx is the Colorado School of Mines domain number, so it hast to be originating from the school. Don't quote me on the digger dial thing, though, it could be something else.

Keep getting calls on my cell from this number. Search say sit is in Golden, CO. Also received a call or two from 303-273-3079. Most reverse lookup engines I have tried say "QWest, landline, Golden, CO." One time I answered and I thought someone said to me, "I will tell you about me and you can tell me a little about you," but it was noisy where I was and I couldn't be sure and couldn't converse so I asked for a callback. Now I can't stop them. I get a call every day or two all the time.
