same call, beeping fax

I do not have a fax machine. Receiving calls from 303-292-0422. On caller ID says Westfax.
Called AT&T Annoyance Center. No help. Told me fax calls are not illegal. Need way(s) to stop
these calls.

This is really a pain.This number has a fax dial tone & is very irritating.

I also receive one or more in a day this phone call! What should I do to stop these calls?

I have also received this phone call, but I live in Madrid, Spain!!!! It's crazy!!!!

I recommend that everyone call the number provided and ask to be removed.  they are a broadcast fax company and it will take your number off of all companies that use them within a few hours of calling.

5 calls today from this number. Googled the # and got this board. Thanks  I called the company 303-299-9329, and asked to be removed and a very polite women said it would be removed with a few hours. Lets hope so.

Yes Karen, I also called the 800 and asked to be removed from a very polite woman. Lets hope it works, 5 calls today alone.

I keep getting a call from the number 303-292-0422.   It is a fax machine that keeps calling my work cell phone.    It is very annoying and I did not give my cell phone out.   Please stop this number from calling me.

I kept getting call from this fax number, but never tried to do anything about it. Looked at the earlier post about getting removed. I called and a real nice young lady answered and said that my number will be removed in a couple of hours. Sounds almost to good to be true.

i get call from ths number all the time and its getting very annoying! all i hear is a fax machine noise!

This number has been blowin me up. I do not know how they obtained my number. I need work maybe they are calling me with for employment

It is a Fax service could be any company you know that just has the wrong fax number.

Getting calls from number but all it's a fax trying to come in.  From someone in Denver, CO

Got a call from them on Thursday 8/12/10 at 11:20 a.m.  Did not answer as I didn't recognize the number, and they didn't leave a message.  When I tried to call the number back, I got fax tones.  I looked up the company (Westfax in Denver, CO) and called their 800 number to get removed.  The woman was actually very courteous (and I was very very annoyed) and said it was probably a typo.  I thought sending unsolicited faxes had been ILLEGAL for several years?  But if they say "oh it was a typo" I guess that is their "out" from being sued.  I HATE unsolicited calls.  The do-not-call list seems to be utterly useless.
