whoever this is calls and never leaves a message...if you need to get to me leave a darn message.

This is a T-Mobile number in regard to past due - over due cell phone bill - payments and they are calling to get someone to pay. Funny thing is you can complain about their service for years and years to which they do nothing to fix the dropped calls even with T-Mob on the phone it still drops and they have to call back to continue the call, to no calls/messages being received even though people have sent them, to no service during the storms-hurricanes yet Verizon still had service to its customers, etc. They tell you to use someone else's phone to troubleshoot your problematic phone service and when you do it breaches the privacy of the persons phone you are using by telling you how much they owe on their bill, when it is due and it does not allow for first asking if you are calling for troubleshooting another phone or this phones bill thereby, breaching privacy rights and should have asked for a security code before offering any information to anyone.  What if the phone is stolen or lost and someone gets to know your information because T-Mob allows for breach of contract when they offer your private information before asking for a pass code to get it?    This was brought up to a representative and she said she would bring it up to management to change it if they would, but who knows if they did anything about it at all like how they fix so many things.  Their system has a hard time understanding certain voices and because it could not understand it shifts you to a representative that then wanted to charge $5.00 dollars to make a payment for a problem that was clearly on their end and no matter what was stated to the representative who sucked at her job she insisted on payment of $5.00 dollars to continue the call.  A rant call to corporate and how they suck got that changed.  Seems that's the only way they make much of any change is to call or write corporate because those below can't seem to do their job at times.  Most consumer complaints should be handled at the lower level not at the corporate level.  T-Mob is fraught with problems they do not address, yet, be behind on one payment and they are beating your phone up with messages looking for their so-called money due!!!????  T-Mob sucks and offers nothing for loyalty.  They offer phones in store and on-line that are already outdated and they know it and put you on contract for some of them anyway all for the sake of making money and duping the unknowing public.  They sell phones they know that there will never be updates for and that as soon as the phone is sold you are stuck with an expensive phone that never gets any better than what it is at the moment and they are the direct reason so many switch to other companies - plain out better phones and service via other companies.  Funny how their name has "Mob" in it when most companies call themselves a "Cellular" company!

I called up T-Mobile to check if it's a legitimate number and they said it is, despite I am not past due any money to them.

It seems it's an outdated computer system run amok.

I would still not recommend to pay them the past due money with that phone number however. Call them in their listed hotline on their web site instead.

recording, "hello... T-Mobile" *hangs up on answering machine. I have no business with them. Called twice today. First time I picked up there was just silence on other end, like someone/thing waiting for my voice before identifying themselves.  Had this number several years. Am on Do Not Call list.

who ever it is i hope they die real slow

I havent answered any of its calls and i dont plan to.
